The personal was ok

Cons:

This is a scam done by the hotel together with booking. Booking presents this property as a 5 star hotel when in reality this is not a 5 star,the hotel has no star rating. It lacks all amenities of a 5 star hotel,it is located on the 5th floor of a building. It doesn’t have even an hotel entry. It has absolutely nothing to compare with a 5 star hotel,besides prices of course. I feel cheated by booking and the hotel by falsely presenting this on the platform as a 5 stars hotel

Localização e presteza dos funcionários
Pros:

Localização, funcionários, especialmente a Roberta. O café da manhã é resumido , servido com menu , mas bons produtos.

Cons:

A entrada , chegamos à noite e ficamos rodando na Praça Marienplatz e qdo achamos , por azar estava quebrado o telefone de entrada. Não é uma entrada de Hall de hotel é uma porta de edifício comercial.

Top notch boutique hotel
Pros:

Beyond by Geisel is a boutique luxury hotel on the Marienplatz with staff entirely committed to your comfort and satisfaction. It is the 5th and part of the 6th floor of a multi-use building, so it does not have a grand entrance, spa, or gym. What it does have are upscale, well-appointed and highly comfortable rooms overlooking the very center of old Munich - with around the clock amenities and outstanding staff. Reservations includes excellent, made-to-order breakfast (7am to noon!), available baked goods and drinks throughout the day and evening at no charge, and an absolutely fantastic location. Yes, due to its location within the pedestrian-only zone, there is a very short walk (maybe 1/3 of a block) from the car-drop location to the front door, but hotel staff are more than happy to come assist you if you call. In fact, hotel staff are happy to assist you with anything you need (we needed to arrange a doctor visit - which the hotel made happen easily and entirely to our satisfaction), including dinner reservations and transfers. Being able to watch the Glockenspiel from our room was really cool. It's an excellent choice if your purpose is to be in the heart of Munich.
