Pros:

Brilliant use of the space, deceptive from outside.
Modern decor and super clean

Cons:

Maybe have a high table with stools at the end of the dining area, so that you don't block the view of others, and gives option of sitting taller to eat!

Cons:

Δεν τηρήθηκαν οι βασικές συνθήκες υγιεινής. Η Chef φύσαγε την μύτη της με χαρτομάντιλο και συνέχιζε να ετοιμάζει το πρωινό χωρίς να πλύνει τα χέρια της.
Οπως επίσης, καθημερινά έτρωγε και έπινε την ώρα που ετοίμαζε το πρωινό των πελατών.

Beautiful boutique hotel experience
Pros:

This is a small (19 rooms) boutique hotel in the heart of Munich directly opposite the clocktower on Marienplatz. It is located inside a small block of offices, and from the street you could easily miss that there is a hotel inside on the 4th or 5th floor. Inside it is like a jewel, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with a small bar, large comfortable rooms and a tonne of atmosphere thanks to well designed lighting and choice of materials. The staff is on 24/hrs and were ready to welcome us when we arrived late on on New Years Eve for two nights stay. No request was a problem for them and they were always very friendly and professional. An exceptional stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like, however if you are looking for a hotel with an extensive set of amenities - like swimming pools and sauna - then this is probably not going to meet your needs. For a romantic getaway, in a perfect location for a short visit, it was perfect.

The Ultimate Hotel Experience in Munich
Pros:

The world-class service, excellent dining, and the fantastic room were our highlights. The whole experience was a dream, and we could not have asked for a better accommodation for our stay in Munich. The reception was highly attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations. We look forward to being long-term guests of BEYOND by Geisel and our next booking in the near future.

Absolutely everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

Friendly staff. Beautiful and cozy hotel, but the room is not fully functional.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, positive, helpful, and accommodating. We were welcomed with snacks, which was a lovely touch. The terrace is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the church and a quiet side street.
The bed is very comfortable, with high-quality bed linen, plus bathrobes and slippers. The toiletries are excellent.
The hallway and reading area are beautifully designed, cozy, and pleasantly scented. The best location.

Cons:

The room has poor soundproofing - you can hear everything from outside, including children playing, running, and dishes being served in the hallway. There is a gap underneath the door, which makes it even noisier.
There is no proper main light, not a single ceiling light - so the room is especially dark in winter.
If you're staying with family, there’s very little privacy. The bathroom is separated only by a glass wall, partially covered by a mirror. The toilet door is also glass, still transparent, and doesn’t close completely.
In winter or rainy weather, there aren’t enough coat hooks near the entrance. The only place to hang items is inside the closet or on one overly wide hanger, which isn’t practical for winter clothing.
The minibar is very small and doesn’t cool properly. There is no kettle. In the bathroom, there’s no space to place clothes, only a very small area near the sink. This room is better for one person.
Overall, the design is beautiful and cozy, but not functional.

Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast/lounge area opens up to the main square and can see the Clock show from there. Balcony was nice, connected to another room's balcony with some dividing plants. View of the church and old town hall.

Cons:

The hotel is about 100 meters away from drivable area unless you are in a taxi during times when taxi can drive next to hotel. We had to park in a garage and drag all of our luggage to hotel.
