Good breakfast which included bacon and eggs and position and parking. Room was clean and staff helpful.
The shower was in the bedroom not very ideal. No advertised services were available. As well very dark ambiance during the night. Hotel also needs illuminated visible signage.

La posizione, l’ottima colazione e sicuramente la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolto e servito la colazione; molto gentile e professionale.
La cura della camera, per il prezzo ci aspettavamo una maggiore cura nel dettaglio. Ne abbiamo prese due: ad una mancava la bottiglietta di acqua e nell’altra la carta igienica.
Too hot, impossible to set a better temperature in the room, I slept with the window open and it was still too hot
Having a running fridge in the room for just two plastic bottles is noisy, energy inefficient and, finally, not nice to see
It was close to the centre and with private parking
The spa wasn’t available although nobody told us before the booking

Appena prenotato ci avvisano che dovremo cambiare struttura. La nuova struttura, la Bastiglia ,non prevede parcheggio, motivo per cui avevamo scelto Villa dei mosaici. Ci viene assegnata una camera al secondo piano senza ascensore la cui finestra affaccia su una strada in cui le ruspe a pochi metri stanno asfaltando il manto stradale con quanto ne consegue. La valutazione 4 stelle non ci è sembrata coerente con la qualità dei servizi offerti.
