Comfort temperature could be improved
Pros:

Too hot, impossible to set a better temperature in the room, I slept with the window open and it was still too hot

Cons:

Having a running fridge in the room for just two plastic bottles is noisy, energy inefficient and, finally, not nice to see

Appena prenotato ci avvisano che dovremo cambiare struttura. La nuova struttura, la Bastiglia ,non prevede parcheggio, motivo per cui avevamo scelto Villa dei mosaici. Ci viene assegnata una camera al secondo piano senza ascensore la cui finestra affaccia su una strada in cui le ruspe a pochi metri stanno asfaltando il manto stradale con quanto ne consegue. La valutazione 4 stelle non ci è sembrata coerente con la qualità dei servizi offerti.

Arrivati ci hanno dato un piano alto abbiamo chiesto se era possibile quella che avevamo visto su booking abbiamo pagato un supplemento in più.....siamo stati molto bene camera molto comoda

la posizione ottima appena fuori il centro storico di spello

Cons:

Condizioni pessime del bagno, scarico del bagno non funzionante, sporchissimo intorno al water per sedersi sul water le scarpe erano all'interno della doccia, davanzale bagno pieno di escrementi di piccioni, pavimento bagno scrostato

Great experience overall.
Pros:

Perfectly clean room, accommodating staff, convenient location, quite a lot of options in terms of breakfast. Good value for money.

Cons:

A minor shortcoming is that it's hard not to leave the bathroom floor a bit wet when using the shower because there isn't a proper door isolating the shower.
