No i would not stay again, would not recommend.
Pros:

Pillows and single bed was comfy, High ceilings, Wash basin in the room, Carpet floor covering was nice and soft under the feet and to walk on. Later i found i could enter from the rear and park bike and walk up approx. 8 to 9 steps instead of two flights on the stairwell, carrying luggage. Within walking distance to most pubs, clubs, dining. Couple of empty sheds for motorcycle parking, no security gate on fenceline or shed. Enter from back of building in Hoskings Street, not the main street.

Cons:

Stairs, code to access dining area would not open-door next morning, had no issues on the day i arrived. Unable to make a coffee, no maps to where bathrooms were located. Jugs, tea, coffee etc, not provided in the room, Toiletries not provided with the towel, soap container to share in the bathroom. Unisex bathroom and toilets.

Ghost hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room a fair size for 1. It was handy to have a basin in the room and the AC worked well. Fantastic food at the pub across the road.

Cons:

This felt like an abandoned hotel. Fairly sure I was the only person there and there were no staff: everything was handled via phone. The facilities were limited with no food available as the pub to which this is attached does not appear to be in business anymore. Although on the main street, you have to walk the block to get there as only access is through the back lane.

A comfortable old style hotel
Pros:

The hotel is old style with shared facilities but the rooms were comfortable, air conditioned and central in Temora.

Affordable but quite shabby.

Cons:

Never saw the staff although they did answer the phone. Had trouble with the key. It's a very old, run down place.
