ホスピタリティのある対応（子供が「虫が好き」とわかると、〇〇に行くとよいよなどを話しかけてくれるなど）、きれい、空間がよい、目の前のラベンダー畑

Cons:

食事を自分で調達…だが、近くの道の駅などが17時で閉まり、他も空いているところが少なく、結局夕方はコンビニ飯になってしまった。シャワーきれいだが、室内にバスタブなし。

Will go again if stopping by the area.
Pros:

The facility is great, only miss out on my higher score due to lack of having food service. However, facility has an area where guests could sit down and consume own food with hot water and tea provided.

Cons:

Pricing is a little dear, but it is a big brand after all.

Waste of a lot of money

Staff nice as ever in Japan

Cons:

It’s in the middle of nowhere and offers nothing more than the room for an outrageous price (in the small print of the confirmation there was even 20% on top!) there is no useable restaurant in any realistic distance so you end up buying food in the convenience store and eat it at the hotel (as many Japanese) did . Even for a 1 night stopover the worst deal in the last 10 years

Stylish hotel with reasonable price
Pros:

Modern design hotel and the room is no complaints at all, clean, spacious and stylish.
Staff will give us a list of recommendations of the restaurant nearby.
