  • Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. Abordagem sufocante de vendedores de cotas do próprio resort.
Cons:

Vendedores do próprio resort tomam seu tempo. Te levam na conversa e quando você ver, perdeu todo seu tempo lá. O checkout e as 11:00, antes das 10:00 h já bloqueiam seu cartão de acesso ao quarto e você precisar descer na recepção (no meio da turbulenta saída de todos os hóspede ao mesmo tempo, pensa como ficam os elevadores). Enfim, achei horrível essa experiência, não indico pra ninguém.

Funcionários do restaurante são lentos, perdidos nos pedidos, prato principal sentvidp antes da entrada! Bebidas nem pensar pq não traziam nunca! O q atrapalha o check out pois lançam o pedido e não trazem e depois O recepcionista precisa ir ao restaurante várias vezes para remover os produtos lançados indevidamente

Apartamento com cheio do mofo na entrada, perdemos quase 2 horar, com vendedores querendo nos vender cotas de apartamento, onde eu claramente sinalizei que não queria, chegamos cansado de viagem, perdemos duas horas preciosa do nosso tempo para falar não para os vendedores de cotas.
