Was a fantastic experience.I specially wanted to write this review for thanking Elsa Capalli who is responsible for reservations.She is fantastic, managed every single problem caused by our mandatory program changes.Thank you Elsa 🙏👏And, restaurant is great, but would be even better if they could have/ serve more international options in full pansion menu.Tea time is tricky as you need to pay your tea during complimentary “tea time”☺️Thanks to ski room team, they are also great…

We got the worst room in the hotel with no view and a small balcony that ran into the wall. Any request for an exchange was refused by the manager. The ski room only helps with boots - no tea/coffee/water... The answer to any request from the room service was the same - no, it's over, there was no delivery. We paid a very, very high price and were not satisfied with either the hotel or the service! I do not recommend!

Luxury and convenience in one place. Excellent accommodations, breakfast and location. (Have not tried lunch or dinner here). Staff, including ski shop, are knowledgable and helpful. Concierge service is mostly (but not always) helpful. Spa, pool, fitness are flawless. Have stayed here two years in a row and plan to return again.

Hideously expensive

Went with my wife for a drink and ordered a G & T and was asked if I wanted a double and said yes.
This double of regular gin and tonic cost €55 euros and I questioned the price and was met by a pretty aggressive manager who said that was the the price all

A good old fashioned rip off please avoid the place at all cost. There are plenty 5 star hotels that are fairer with pricing. Never again

Adequate and professional staff, embodied impeccable professionalism, whilst going above and beyond to fulfill a range of needs. A must go!

Incredible winter destination that has become one of my go-to refugees . Highly recommend it. Very special thank you to Madame Virginie Moussard and her entire team for ensuring such a peaceful experience.

The stay was nice, the hotel does not have a choice of room cleaning service or do not disturb, because of that the door was knocked a lot during my sleeping hours, the bed mattress was very bad

We spent 2 weeks in Le Lana, and it was again a fantastic experience. Very kind staff, hotel very nicely situated on the slopes. We will certainly be back next year.

Excellent overall. Top location, Ski in/out in the heart of town center. Perfect service. Great food and bar. Exceptionally clean.
On the improvement side, duvet and pillow comfort is below expectations. Also, bath is missing any shower curtain.
