Clean
Very sparse furniture in room. We only had one washcloth for a two people room . Parking/valet area was awful. They have cars parked in front of the door and no where to pull up to unload. The valet at the restaurant next door got into it with us. Wouldn’t let us park there for just a few minutes to take our stuff into the hotel. Threatened to tow us. Would never recommend this place.

The location
The staff were not welcoming at all in fact we got the impression they didn’t want us to be there. Poor service at check one girl walked away leaving one girl who only said a few words to us. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay and the first time I questioned this to be told they didn’t know why so I specifically asked for the room to be serviced the next day not cleaned just the bin emptied bed made and more tea and coffee it wasn’t done. Again I asked why the room has not been touched and was told by a different member of staff the rooms only get cleaned every three days. There was no information on this and we were not told this so this was very disappointing. We have travelled all over America and this is the first time we have encountered this poor staff attitude and the room not being serviced on a daily basis. They did give us a 50 dollar discount on our bill but this didn’t make up for the hassle.
Great place to stay while in Memphis! Modern hotel with valet parking on site. Nice rooftop bar.
