Los personales son súper amables y me han recomendado muchas tiendas que me salen muy buenos precios no solo el Sim sino también la comida local. Aunque el hotel se encuentra en un mercadillo local que es un poco atestado pero la ubicación es uoer buena. Súper recomendado si viajas sola.

Отель расположен в удобном тихом месте, в 5 минутах ходьбы есть линии метро ведущие как в Европу так и в Азию. Номер был большим и комфортным, завтраки вкусные с красивыми видами. Персонал дружелюбный, готовый помочь в любое время.

Очень понравился завтрак, разнообразный, с ноткой местного колорита. очень располагающий персонал,готовый всегда прийти на помощь. Особенно хотим отметить Элвина, который хорошо владеет русским языком. Разрулит любые ваши проблемы. Хорошее расположение, все в пешей доступности, и набережная, и Султанахмет, и покупки можно сделать на любой кошелек рядом. Чисто в номере, чистая постель, чистые полотенца, которые меняют ежедневно. Также питьевая вода добавляется ежедневно. Есть чайник, фен, косметические принадлежности. Рядом есть узбекская кафешка, тоже очень чистая и с очень вкусной кухней по нормальным ценам. Рекомендуем отель с чистой совестью

Elvin, Elvin, Elvin. To any potential guest that plans on staying here, Elvin is the only name you need to know. We didn’t know anything about Istanbul, poor planning on our part, but Elvin did pretty much everything besides holding our hand and walking us around the city. Some guests had issue about our volume and left a note - that was a big no no in Elvins eyes and so he took it upon himself to take the note down before we even saw it, and notified us that notes is no way to act in a hotel but also politely notified us that we might be a bit loud. Hospitality 11/10. To put it very simply, I would follow Elvin to the ends of the earth if it meant I could stay in a hotel that is blessed to have him.

Besides falling in love with Elvin, the food was decent, room spotless (thank you Mary), and restaurant recommendations were also incredible.

Our stay in Emin Palace was very enjoyable. The hotel is close to everything, transport stations , restaurants and all a visitor would need – It is also within walking distance of many famous places if one would prefer walking.

The room is very clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast menu very much.

Our amazing trip to Istanbul has come to an end, but the memories will stay with us for a long time — and this hotel played a big part in that ❤️

First of all, the value for money is absolutely perfect. The location is excellent: we could easily walk to many historical attractions and also to Laleli for shopping. Everything else is very convenient to reach by tram.

The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning and fresh bottled water every day were a nice touch.

Breakfasts were simple, but everything was tasty and absolutely sufficient to start the day and head out exploring. And as a bonus, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Bosphorus with your morning coffee.

But what impressed us the most was the service. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you to the manager Elvir — he truly goes above and beyond. He gave us great recommendations, helped with directions, and even provided a transport card for our stay. It honestly felt like he genuinely cared about making our vacation as comfortable and memorable as possible.
