Отвратительный опыт и полное отсутствие надёжности!
У нас была бронь с 11.10 по 13.10. Изначально мы просили отель сделать бесплатную отмену, так как нам не подошёл район, но нам отказали. Поэтому мы решили всё-таки приехать и заселиться.

11.10 в 17:20 мы приехали в отель (5 взрослых и ребёнок), и на ресепшене нам сказали, что нашей брони нет. А уже в 17:28 мне пришло письмо от Booking.com об отмене бронирования!

В итоге мы остались без жилья. Нам пришлось срочно искать другой отель, поймать такси на такую компанию с большим количеством чемоданов не удалось, поэтому мы шли пешком около 30 минут до другого отеля.

Когда я написала администрации, чтобы разобраться в ситуации, мне ответили, что я лгу. Хотя вся моя семья была свидетелем происходящего.

Ужасное отношение к гостям! А если бы это произошло ночью и мы не смогли бы найти другое жильё? Никому не рекомендую этот отель — здесь нет уверенности даже в подтверждённом бронировании.

We expected much more, considering the hotel's rating.

Cons:

The rating for this property is very high considering what they offer, but I realized why that is the case at checkout: the owner asked for my phone to show me a Booking.com feature where he could offer a discount for a future stay.
He likely rates the property himself on your phone at that moment. That is the only explanation for such a high rating given the number of reviews.
Neither the hotel nor the rooms are as spacious as they appear in the photos; everything is very cramped.
Breakfast is very meager, and the restaurant is tiny, featuring very old and uncomfortable furniture. Our experience did not justify the price we paid. Soundproofing is very poor; you can hear everything from the bathrooms in neighboring rooms—noises, flushing, and all other sounds.

What I liked most about my stay was the hotel's excellent location, close to public transportation, including trams, metro stations, and buses, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. I would also like to give a special thank you to Elvin at the reception for his genuine kindness, constant smile, helpful advice, and clear instructions. He really made us feel welcome! I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the friendliness of the breakfast staff, who contributed to a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience enjoyable!

Cons:

Des cheveux dans la salle de bain, la salle de bain était noire a certains endroits, plein de cheveux sous le drap du lit (sur le drap housse). Mauvaise insonorisation on entend les gens tousser a travers la porte et les portes se claquer

La clim s'est coupé pendant la nuit et j'ai eu beaucoup trop chaud.

La chambre est minuscule, a peine assez de place pour passer autour du lit, et la sdb aussi est minuscule, a peine assez de place pour se pencher, et encore.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très limité. Une seule pomme pour les fruits, même pas mure, sinon du salé, du pain dr la confiture. Un mini self quoi.
Le pire : la personne a l'accueil m'a retenu 3 minutes de plus pour que je mette 10/10 a l'établissement pour soit disant qu'il est une prime, alors que j'avais un avion a prendre.

Le quartier est sale, rien a y faire.
