Excellent satisfait top
Pros:

Le meilleur endroit de toute istanbul les moyen de transport juste à côté la station de metro yenikapi contient toute les destinations elle était juste à 3 minute surtout la propreté de l'hôtel 10/10 la gentillesse du personnel mr elvin il nous a changé la chambre en 1 seconde

Le matelas 2 place était trop petit et la Couette était petite le song du climatiseur était trop bruyant

Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Personal und die Rezeption waren sehr nett, besonders Herr Albert. Er hat uns bei jedem Wunsch geholfen.
Unser Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur ok, eventuell könnte man mehr Auswahl für die Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Insgesamt ein bisschen sehr einfach gehalten.

По соотношению цена-качество, очень не плохой вариант. Рядом узловая станция метро. Исторический центр в пешей доступности. Приветливый персонал. Неплохие завтраки.

Cons:

Немного подуставшая мебель (расшатанный стол, заедающая дверь шкафа) Телевизор только с турецкими каналами, не смарт ТВ. Тапочки лучше берите свои, те, что дают в отеле это ужас. Но нужно сделать скидку, что это всё таки не пятизвёздочный отель. А так нормальный бюджетный вариант.

Good value for money - good views at breakfast
Pros:

Good value for money. Breakfast room had really nice views, and breakfast was ok. We walked everywhere from the hotel- well located for visiting that side

Hezký pohodlný hotel v blízkosti historického centra.
Pros:

Dobrá snídaně za přijatelnou cenu podávaná na střeše, které nabízela zajímavý výhled na město. Hotel umístěný v pěší vzdálenosti na nejznámější Istanbulské památky. Dobrá dostupnost z metra. Ochotný personál.

Cons:

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Není tedy co vytknout.

Персонал и чистота!
Элвин красавчик! Доброжелателен, отзывчивый, помогает с просьбами.. очень приятно просто общаться на любые темы! Для русскоязычных проблем не возникает ни в отеле, ни в прибрежных магазинчиках. Да и в этом районе много туристов, на каждом шагу "свои", как с постсоветского пространства, так и с Европы.
Интернет шустрый!
Довольно хороший отельчик на свои 3 звезды..
Если планы просто поехать на пару дней погулять в Стамбул, и переночевать- очень даже хороший вариант.
Метро, трамвайная остановка - в пешей доступности.
Локация неплохая.
До достопримечательностей недалеко.

Cons:

Понравилось в принципе все, мы не привередливые, но и предполагали куда едем.
Фото на Букинге конечно отличаются с реальностью немного.
Как предложение, для администрации отеля:
В номера можно бы поставить чуть более удобную/ нужную мебель, - столик например.
По телевизору кроме турец.каналов не работает ничего (но это не так принципиально).
По завтраку - голодным не останется никто, но лично рекомендовал бы дополнить разнообразие недорогими и простыми позициями (молоко, хлопья, омлет, кашу, как вариант)..

Pros:

Emin Palace was my best choice for the last 7 years among a dozen other places in Yenikapi.
Though my room was facing a street crossing, nights were quiet. No noise restaurants or bars around.
Bed was very comfy and I slept well.
Everything was new and clear, equipped with all the necessary stuff.
My room was cleaned and freshed every day.
There is a real 24 hours reception and the staff is very experienced.
Special thanks to Elvin, who helped me several times with finding best places around to have breakfast and dinner and direct me accurately how to get there!?

For sure I will continue to book Emin Palace, when I visit Istanbul again.
I strongly recommend Emin Palace to people, who value their time and comfort!
