Óptima localização e staff simpático
Pros:

Simpatia do staff

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade e espaço muito reduzido , houve dias que não tínhamos mesa para sentar , quarto tinha tudo o que precisávamos , era espaçoso mas ouvia-se tudo dos outros quartos inclusive a água das sanitas dos outros quartos.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Everything was very lovely.
The location for instance was great. it is very close to the shopping area with tons of amazing restaurants around.
Also, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. They were available 24/7 and always keen to help.
The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. the facilities are in very good condition and work very well.

I will be happy to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul.

Cons:

Tbe walls between the rooms are somewhat thin so you can hear others in their room. But truly this wasn't too bad because the noise was minimal.

If anything went wrong with his guests I’m sure Elvin would sort things out
Pros:

Elvin the manager excellent- whatever we wanted to know he explained. Tram easy once you get your card sorted but always very crowded but not far from main attractions & walkable on way back to hotel

Cons:

Be brave- it’s not a tourist hotspot but very local & perfectly safe

Pros:

Es ist ein kleines aber feines Hotel in einer netten Lage mit kleinen Seitengassen und vielen kleinen Shops.
Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet - man hat alles was man braucht und das Bett war mega bequem.
Das Frühstück ist simple mit Säften, Marmelade, Kaffee etc und bietet viele verschiedene typisch türkische leckere Spezialitäten.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Assolutamente piacevole
Pros:

Appena arrivati pensavo fossimo finiti in un posto terribile, ma mi sono dovuta ricredere. Letti comodi, stanza e bagno puliti, c'era anche un bollitore con il te e bottigliette di acqua ogni giorno. Inoltre ho unito due letti singoli e spostando il letto ho trovato abbastanza pulito(non perfetto ma accettabile). Stanze ristrutturate. Colazione buona e varia. Personale davvero gentile. 20 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu.Questo albergo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ad Instanbul davvero piacevole.

Stayed again on a return trip so appreciated cleanliness & jug & cups in room

Read reviews about this hotel that said Elvin had been so helpful and that is totally true- he is what makes this hotel worth staying at

Cons:

At first the area seems old & tired but once you know your route to tram stop it becomes easy to get around. Even lost in small streets is safe. Don’t venture down to port area as a bit deserted. Only about 5 tram stops to Palace and Mosques
