Really good quality for a low price and hot water in the shower
Pros:

Everything was comofortable, clean and working well. The stuff was kind and helpful. The warmest water we experienced in Mexico is definitely worth mentioning!

I can't complain about anything.

No estan actualizados los datos del hotel en su plataforma, la ubicación que me mandaron no existe y el teléfono tampoco, tuve que alojarme en otro hotel por lo que solicito mi reembolso!!

Free Drinking Water at the Reception , also coffe and Tea. The Beds in the Hit Hotel were good but we didnt had any Water in the hotel so we got sent to another Hotel Nacional Merida which wasnt a good alternative and more like a shoebox room. The Rooftop was nice.

Cons:

The Toilet in the Bathroom isnt usable as its supposed to be. Its 15cm close to the Wall. Very Noisy and thin walls. The Windows is to a hallway its a pretty dark room where you get depressed...
