Disappointing
Pros:

It is in a beautiful setting with a humungous living room, gigantic kitchen with three or four filter coffee makers. That was all good

Cons:

The room we had was the household’s old gym, a long thin room that had as never conceived as a bedroom. It felt hastily put together, lights on tables not plugged in, no nearby sockets. The worst thing was the bed, very uncomfortable and very creaky.

As a footnote, we were offered a different room in another one of their properties, which had a much more comfortable bed. The overall experience was anonymous, all communications were by text message and it all felt very impersonal. We would book them again.

Un sueño de lugar!
Pros:

Sitio idílico en el lindo Boquete! Súper cuidado, limpio y precioso. El personal atento en todo momento, jardines lindisimos, ubicación perfecta, sin duda un sitio para volver!!

Su ubicacion centrica, tiene 1 cocina muy completa para preparar alimentos, estan bonitas las habitaciones

Cons:

Se escucha mucho ruido si estas en las habitaciones de abajo, los estacionamientos deberian tener el nombre de las habitaciones, los mantenimientos exteriores e interiores deberian ser 1 poco mas tarde

Amazing facilities and a lovely location, 10 min on foot from the center via riverside path.
The apartment itself was lovely with an amazing green view and great amenities, but we also spent a lot of time in the shared living room and I liked cooking there more than in the room.
The virtual staff was extremely friendly and helpful in absolutelly all terms.
One of our best stays ever!

Cons:

We did not mind it, but it is worth noting there is no staff on site, except for the cleaning lady. So some people needed help to book or find their rooms.
Some people were just randomly passing by -- they were tourists, but still it was a bit unsettling that there was no one there to address them.

Das Haus und die Bella Vista Suite sind schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Suite hat als einzige Einheit eine eigene Küche. Alle anderen teilen sich die Grossküche.
Das Online Receptionsteam war schnell in der Redaktion.

Cons:

Das Haus ist ein umgenutztes Privathaus mit normalen Zimmertüren. Entsprechend ringhörig.
Der Check-In unnötig kompliziert. Im Voraus das übliche Formular. Doch vor der Haustüre musste nochmals eines online ausgefüllt werden, um den Schlüssel Code zu erhalten.
Als wir dann endlich soweit waren, öffnete eine Reinigungskraft kommentarlos die Tür und forderte uns auf, die Schuhe auszuziehen. Eine Situation, die sehr befremdlich war.

Cons:

Driveway was damaged and unsafe. Parking was horrible with not enough room to maneuver your vehicles. No housekeeping at all for 3 nights. Mountain view was behind the large blue house 20 feet away from our patio. Bar table was so flimsy...not safe to eat on. Batroom sink leaked all over the floor due to the 'waterfall effect'. The toilet broke and no desk clerk. Only a virtualWe fixed it with a zip tie ourselves.
