Do NOT Recommend - the apperences are deceiving and there is no/ poor management.
Pros:

It had a nice design utilizing private suites around a shared kitchen/ dining room/ livingroom/ balcony and was walking distance from town.

Cons:

ROOSTER right next door at 3-7am
Flood lights shine into room all night
A/C compressor was loud and ran for 20seconds every minute
No Customer Service or anyone to communicate at the property- only a virtual AI assistant

We had NO WATER for an entire night and there was NO CONTACT from/with the property. While the situation could have been remedied with a change of room, we could not reach the management and when we finally did the next day they were dismissive of our case. We had to submit to Booking.com for a review and refund.

Muy buena la habitación en general, y el lugar bien ubicado y tranquilo.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. La propiedad está muy linda. La cocina estuvo muy funcional.

Cons:

El servicio de mucama olvidó / dejo su llave en la puerta de acceso al área común que amenazó la seguridad de nuestra habitación.
La descripción de la habitación/ propiedad habló de vistas pero la habitación que recibimos no tenía.
Medio ruidoso por estar debajo de otra habitación y sentimos fuertes los pasos de otros huéspedes.

В кухнята имаше всички удобства. Разположението, размерът на стаята, общите части и дворът на самата вила.

Cons:

Комуникацията с виртуалната рецепция е ужасна. Стаите бяха мръсни. Имаше косми и боклуци по земята. Диванът беше на петна. Прозорецът в банята не се отваряше и след къпане влагата беше много висока в цялата стая. Приборите бяха мръсни, имаше остатъци от храна по тях. Имахме проблем с двойно плащане на резервацията и за да ни върнат парите почти трябваше да им се молим да се срещнем с реален човек от персонала. Хубаво би било да има управител на място, с който да можеш да говориш, а не само чистачката, която не знаеше жената за какво стаяа въпрос.

Disconformidad con el proceso de check in

Las instalaciones y todo el jardin

Cons:

El servico de virtual reception no es muy funcional. Se pierde mucho tiempo. Tuve que personalmente guiar a 3 huespedes en que pasos tenian que hacer. Y estp fue tiempo perdido para su entrada. Como yo habia llegado el viernes unas huespedes me ayudaron a mi. Y entonces wntre sabado a lunes tuve que auxiliar a loa demas. Esto no me parece correcto. Debwria haber aunque sea 1 persona del hotel presente por lo menos 1 o 2 horas.

L’appartement est assez grand et super. La cuisiné partagée est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Il est assez éloigner de tout, il faut marcher 20 min pour aller au centre et trouver des restaurants. Il n’y a presque pas de uber. De plus ils n’ont ont demander de payer 100$ de plus pour une tache au plafond qui etais deja la a notre arrivée, comment voulez vous qu’on fasse un tache au plafond a 2 metres au dessus de nous? ridicule. C’est bien dommage car l’appartement etait beau.

Très bon séjour, dans un endroit ressourçant et très bien équipé.
Pros:

Très grand logement, calme car à l’extérieur de la ville avec très belle vue sur le volcan Barú.
Parking facile, très bien équipé pour des courts comme des longs séjours.
Literie très haut de gamme.

Cons:

Quelques petits travaux de réparation pourraient être effectués au niveau du carrelage.
