Disconformidad con el proceso de check in

Las instalaciones y todo el jardin

Cons:

El servico de virtual reception no es muy funcional. Se pierde mucho tiempo. Tuve que personalmente guiar a 3 huespedes en que pasos tenian que hacer. Y estp fue tiempo perdido para su entrada. Como yo habia llegado el viernes unas huespedes me ayudaron a mi. Y entonces wntre sabado a lunes tuve que auxiliar a loa demas. Esto no me parece correcto. Debwria haber aunque sea 1 persona del hotel presente por lo menos 1 o 2 horas.

Pros:

L’appartement est assez grand et super. La cuisiné partagée est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Il est assez éloigner de tout, il faut marcher 20 min pour aller au centre et trouver des restaurants. Il n’y a presque pas de uber. De plus ils n’ont ont demander de payer 100$ de plus pour une tache au plafond qui etais deja la a notre arrivée, comment voulez vous qu’on fasse un tache au plafond a 2 metres au dessus de nous? ridicule. C’est bien dommage car l’appartement etait beau.

Pros:

El hogar es hermoso, tiene un patio donde puedes relajarte y la vista es hermosa.

Cons:

El piso de nuestro cuarto hacia demasiado ruido, y la limpieza de el cuarto, especialmente las alfombras pudo haber sido mejor.

Très bon séjour, dans un endroit ressourçant et très bien équipé.
Pros:

Très grand logement, calme car à l’extérieur de la ville avec très belle vue sur le volcan Barú.
Parking facile, très bien équipé pour des courts comme des longs séjours.
Literie très haut de gamme.

Cons:

Quelques petits travaux de réparation pourraient être effectués au niveau du carrelage.

Villa magnifique
Pros:

La maison est magnifique !!! La chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien propre. On s’y sent comme à la maison. J’ai eu besoin de quitter le logement 1h30 plus tard on a accepté ma demande 🙏
L’emplacement est top si vous avez une voiture.

Cons:

La communication est parfois difficile avec un chat robot qui doit vous envoyer les informations avant d’arrivée. Ce qu’il n’a pas fait pour moi et donc on a mis 30 min à récupérer les clés de la maison car il n’y a personne sur place pour vous aider et le numéro wathapps qui est communiqué c’est le numéro du robot … Bref un peu d’humain c’est pas mal !
La dame de ménage qui était là pensant nos deux jours n’était pas très agréable …
Nous avons testé le service laverie : un sac de linge coûte 11,25$ ce que nous avons trouvé excessivement cher d’autant plus qu’on vous rend le linge pas plié … c’est bien la première fois qu’on vois ça.

Einziger positiver Punkt war die Lage

Cons:

Sauberkeit und der Vergleich Bilder in Bezug auf die Realität Haupthaus Mega stylisch eingerichtet sehr schön gar nichts mit den Unterkünften und mit den einzelnen Bungalows zu tun, die man sich separat mieten kann. Sind zwei verschiedene Welten.

Sehr starker unangenehmer Geruch nach Putzmittel und Raumduft im ganzen Haus- ein Sitzen im Gefangenschaftsraum/Küche fast nicht aushaltbar! Kein Personal, sehr unpersönlich, Bettwäsche wirkte benutzt (würde auf Anfrage aber alsbald getauscht). Kein Wechsel von Handtüchern. Lampen ohne passende Steckdosen in der Nähe. Kein Spiegel im Badezimmer.

Awesome apartment. the room was huge and well equipped.
Pros:

Coffee tours, zipline, enjoyed Boquete shops, cafes, and entertainment.
I liked the common area.
I messed up the dates on the reservation within the cancellation window and they were willing to fix it without charge.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, me gustó la decoración y ambientación del lugar. La habitación estaba bien ordenada, las camas cómodas, y el baño limpio.

Cons:

La entrada a los predios del lugar es angosta para carros más grandes. No hay personal en sitio con quien abordar consultas de manera inmediata. Las almohadas se deben cambiar.
