Last time I stayed there they had 2 move my room it was so nasty. I still gave another try. They didn't offer me any discount or anything. I didn't refer to any of my traveling co workers

Glendale Hotel ….happy!
Pros:

Though we ended up staying for only 1 night, we very much enjoyed the stay at the Glendale Hotel. The virtual checkin agent (Donna) was very personable, smart and efficient…as was the process! The lobby, coffee area, hallways and room were very clean (it even smelt clean!). Thank you to the property folks who do a great job!

Consumer Warning: Unjust Enrichment Hidden Fees, Refused Refund, Police Report Initiated

Do NOT book at this hotel and do NOT book through Hotels.com. I called the hotel immediately after booking because I received a message after the reservation was processed saying there was a $150 deposit something that was never disclosed upfront. Because of that, I couldn’t check in and did not stay at the property at all. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and instead of helping, they refused to issue a refund even though I never used the room. This IS a scam. If they do this to hundreds or thousands of people, that’s UNJUST ENRICHMENT taking money from customers who never even stayed. I am filing a police report and documenting everything. I’m warning everyone: Do NOT book here. Do NOT trust Hotels.com. Protect yourself and spend your money somewhere that respects customers.
