Rented 5 rooms for my daughter’s birthday.

Cons:

The windows outside is dirty. Not good in pictures. I asked the customer service if someone can clean, but no one cleaned the windows.

Pros:

Good value & coffee!
Pros:

The 24 hour espresso machine and fizzy water machines.
Room was comfy and parking good.

Cons:

Did not care for the Virtual receptionist. She seemed very disinterested and when I had trouble scanning my ID she was not helpful, just condescending.

Love this place
Pros:

Always like coming back here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the atmosphere low key. The front desk, although now so called virtual, is friendly and accommodating.

An excellent budget choice
Pros:

This place is a great deal - simple, clean rooms, safe, and in a good central location for much of the LA area. It's definitely a budget hotel but for that range it is on the cleaner side and it was well worth it.

The video front desk thing is a little strange but actually pretty efficient.

The only negative was that parking was paid (standard in LA) and then when a friend wanted to visit it cost even more, even for just a couple of hours.
