It’s in walking distance to everything in the old quarter, rooms are quiet air conditioning works well.
L'emplacement est dans le vieux quartier historique proche de touts les restaurants et des musées. Cependant, l'hôtel est dans une ruelle calme.
La chambre confortable est soignée avec du mobilier de qualité.
Le petit-déjeuner est local est très varié.
Le personnel entier est très aimable et respectueux.
J'ai eu un soucis lors de mon pick-up avec un chauffeur absent et j'ai du payer deux fois le prix avec un taximan de l'aéroport alors la procédure logistique de pick-up/navette aéroport pourrait être améliorée. Cependant, il m'a été proposé 10% de réduction sur un massage pour compensation par le personnel de l'hôtel.

It was clean. The location was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly.
I have edited this review after returning home because after leaving the hotel we received a message asking us to change our review rating to a 9 with a long hard luck life story. After doing nothing, we received another follow-up message of the same tone, pleading for us to change our review because it would affect the quality of their life etc. My family members pressured me to change the review feeling sorry for the nice receptionist. Based on their reaction to the message, I would not be surprised if other people have. We stayed in a deluxe family room that was very small and tight with no space to open a suitcase other than on the bed. The shower had cold water, and the sheets were well worn, rough, and uncomfortable. The breakfast was adequate. I could see effort was made to cater for western tastes, but the Vietnamese wasn't as good as other food we've had elsewhere.

We had a great time here, the staff were amazing! In particular, May and Peter took very good care of us, taking care of our bags even after we checked out, giving us the ability to shower once checked out, and even providing us with a free upgrade! The hotel was in a great location and was very good value for money.
I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They helped me book tours, which were very well organized and enjoyable.
I also upgraded my room for a reasonable extra cost, and it was definitely worth it. A special thank you to May, who was extremely kind and helpful. When I came back from Sapa without a room booked, she helped me find availability and arranged the same room I had stayed in before.
