The staff were really friendly and helpful. Salome stood out to me and provided a really good service during my stay
I'd like to give special recognition to Salome.
During our stay, Salome took care of us exceptionally well, the kind of service you don't experience every day. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay went smoothly. Every request was taken seriously and handled quickly, all with a warm, authentic attitude.
Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. I also liked that there are no stairs to the rooms and the elevator connects directly to the floors, which is very convenient when travelling with luggage. The hotel also kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and wait in the lobby at night until our sleeper bus departure, which was very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good selection.
The downsides were the small room window, which was not as big as I expected from the pictures, and the bathroom was quite small. There is no separate shower area or partition between the shower and sink, only a curtain, so the bathroom floor gets quite wet. But for a one-night stay, it was still perfectly fine. Also, prepare cash if possible, as card payments come with an additional charge, which is common in Vietnam.

Good value for money and great location. Enjoyed the breakfast and staff went out of the way to make sure vegetarian choices were there.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und waren jederzeit zur Stelle. Vor allem Salome war immer sehr hilfsbereit und darauf bedacht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde die Tür aufgehalten, wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen (von Salome :) ).
Wir haben Essstäbchen und eine Kofferwaage zur Verfügung bekommen, Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer, weil ich zur Essenszeit einen Termin hatte und wir durften unser Gepäck noch über den ganzen Tag stehen lassen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
