High price for a very very small room, the bathroom was so small and close to the bed. The localisation is great and the people nice. but thats all. Too expansive according to Hanoï standards

El lugar está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón del old quarter, la estación de bus Hk busline está a 30 metros y todo lo demás muy cerca, Rose ha sido increíble y todo el personal ha sido muy amable e incluso nos permitieron dejar el equipaje luego del check out.

The hotel has a great location, the staff is very kind and they are ready to help, especially the receptionist called Rose.

We stayed 3 nights at Golden Legend Palace Hotel and we really enjoyed our time there. The hotel staff is very kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough choices like fruits, bread, warm food (eggs), and the best part: freshly made banana pancakes.
We would like to give a special mention to the receptionist, Rose. She is very kind, always smiling, and speaks very good English. She gave us great suggestions about places to eat and visit in Hanoi. When we had to check out quickly for a tour and the driver was rushing, she stayed calm, professional, and handled everything smoothly.
What really makes Rose special is her personality. She is warm, friendly, and very positive. She makes guests feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment. Her attitude and energy create a great impression, which is very important in hospitality. She truly helped make our stay memorable.
The best night sleep l have had in two months, room was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff were excellent and the best part of the hotel. Rose on the reception desk, the young lady working at the breakfast are and the young guys who assisted me with a 4:30 am taxi to the airport.
