很喜歡，下回來大阪還要住這間。
Pros:

地理位置優越，附近百貨公司、商店、美食、市場各線地鐵走路都能到。服務人員親切，房間乾淨整潔、設備完善、空間也很大，很適合家庭旅遊住宿。

Pros:

The hotel was well positioned close to Namba station and walkable to Dotonbori. Staff were friendly, greeting us every day as we came and go. Offered free coffee and soft drinks at reception which was great as we were there at the start of summer and always thirsty coming back.
We stayed in the murder mystery room, had lots of games although we didn't play them as they were mostly in Japanese, we did enjoy the coin hunt looking for hidden coins in the apartment. Beds we comfy, fully equipped kitchen with large table, fridge and freezer and all the cutlery we needed. The washer dryer was a good feature too, we used it multiple times as we purposely brought less clothes knowing we could wash it.

Cons:

There was no iron in the room. On the morning after our arrival, we requested for one but they ran out, so we had to wait till ome was available a few hours later. Credits to the staff for reserving one for us when we came back to ask for one later, otherwise all was good.
The complementary drinks station closed at 9.30pm, wished that they had been able to keep it open longer for us to get coffee and drinks later.

Convenient location, right in the hot spot of Osaka and clean spacious rooms. Loved our stay.

Size of the room, facilities, great for kids and location.

No complaints about the property and staff, only was on the more expensive size

Pros:

The service and the location were great. As were the rooms. Very clean and enough space for a family with three young kids.

The games area was an added bonus and my kids loved going down there and playing them

The staff were very helpful with any questions we had also.

Cons:

The only negative was that the mattresses are very firm.

Overall good experience with service and location
Pros:

Location is great, closed to everywhere, walking distance to Namba train station to airport is strong plus for your last day to airport.

Cons:

AC system stinks and my daughter ended up sleeping in the living room as she can’t handle the smell in bedroom, maybe filter in the bedroom needs a replacement

Pros:

Habitación amplia para familias. Súper limpio y genial la temática y préstamo de los juegos de mesa. Ofrece café y algunas bebidas gratis. Destacar la amabilidad del personal siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer recomendaciones.

Perfect family friendly place with the bonus of being accessible
Pros:

Very friendly staff.
The room was 100% accessible and so were the other facilities. It was very central and convenient to get to the train

Cons:

Beds and pillows are not the usual fluffy and soft western style we are accustomed to but it was still ok
