Exceptional and will visit again.
Pros:

Centrally located, close to commercial areas yet not so busy that it was disturbingly noisy or crowded. Enough space for a family and weekly designed in terms of space utilisation. The game theme was exceptional. The children particularly enjoyed the treasure hunt.

Kids (and parent) bliss in the heart of Osaka
Pros:

We made a last minute change to stay here and we are so glad we did. We were travelling with a three year old and five month old and the rooms were just heaven. So roomy, accessible and full of amenities for my busy boys. Next time we will stay with mimaru the entire trip :)

Cons:

Everything was fabulous. Location is busy so just be aware of this and the lobby can get a little crowded with bags. There is a great hang out space and coffee machine though if you want some rest before check in

Overall a great stay. Perfect location. Would come again but do wish for all night gym hours!
Pros:

There wasn't complimentary breakfast like other hotels but it's okay because there are a lot of walking distance places like Lawson's or Family Mart to grab something. The hotel and rooms are super clean (except for carpet in some areas)! I love how there are washing machines and soap is included. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

I think the carpet needed to be cleaned in the kitchen, living room area of our room. I wish the gym was open all day since we are out and about throughout the day. I don't like how the beds roll so much.

A perfect stay in every way. Clean, central, comfortable, and highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent! Everything about this hotel was spotless, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location is super central, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.
