A perfect stay in every way. Clean, central, comfortable, and highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent! Everything about this hotel was spotless, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location is super central, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Great for big families
Pros:

Great room to accommodate big family! We had room to spread out. Laundry was on lobby floor, but there was a lot of washing machines and dryer to use. Tip; use early in the morning or late at night. We rented 1 game from game room. Wish we could have taken advantage of this perk more. We did take advantage of the free drinks and umbrella rental.

An excellent choice for families looking for space, comfort, and convenience.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of four. We especially appreciated the kitchenette, dining area, and washing machine, which made travelling with children much easier. The location was excellent, with Namba Station, Dotonbori, convenience stores, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The luggage transfer option was also a life-saver!

Cons:

The room lighting was a little dim in the evenings, and the elevators could be busy during peak check-in and check-out times. Also, the area that provides free water and juices should be available throughout the day. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Great for families with young children (games, etc.) but not a quiet respite for families with older children or couples. Too noisy at times.
