Séjour très agréable dans une très belle ville!
Pros:

Hôtel relativement bien situé. Assez proche des transports publics.
Chambre à thème, pas hyper spacieuse mais très sympathique (les enfants on bien apprécié le thème Hello Kitty).

Food everywhere outside (izakaya right below not traveler friendly, ramen shop right next to the hotel has amazing tonkatsu ramen, Nakau a few steps away for easy cheap food 24hrs) easy walk to namba city mall and other shopping, enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby, puzzles throughout were super fun, dryers that actually dried clothes! Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Amazing sized room. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Probably the biggest room we had during our Japan trip. Great as a last stop before flying out of Osaka as we could spread out the cases. Good location for exploring Osaka. Loved the free drinks in the lounge.

Cons:

We took a taxi to the airport. Not sure we could have managed the walk with the big cases in the July humidity and crowds to Namba train station.
