Convenience and comfortable.
Pros:

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Within a few minutes walk to 2 train stations and about a 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of family dining options and convenience stores.

Cons:

Less storage space compared to other Mimaru properties that we have stayed at.

Great Family Stay
Pros:

Nikita and Tarnia were wonderfully helpfully. All.the staff very friendly and made our first few nights in Japan very easy. They helped with luggage transport also!

Cheap and easy to use laundry also!!!!

Cons:

Beds were an little firm (first time in Japan( bit Nikita and Tarnia helped late one night with some toppers (we were very grateful).

Wonderful Mimaru property if needing to stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

Ideal location near Tokyo station with an attached 7-11.
Comfortable layout with bunk beds, my kids loved that.
Laundry available that was very reasonably priced.
Helpful front desk staff.

Cons:

Two closets available but no shelving so I couldn’t fully unpack my clothes.
