Great stay in Tokyo for a family of 5, that require more space and easy access to Tokyo and it surrounds.
Pros:

I think this location was great for Tokyo - not on the Yamanote Line, but close enough for it not to be too big a trip to link into it. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were a great size for a hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom had a strange smell to it while we were there. The mattresses were very firm.

° Exceptional Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, yet it’s only a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations. We managed our entire trip without ever needing a taxi or Uber, which was a huge advantage and cost-saver!

° Space & Comfort: Finding a room for a family of 5 (with kids aged 11, 8, and 3) in Tokyo can be a challenge, but this room was surprisingly spacious. We had plenty of room for all our luggage and never felt "cramped."

° Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and very well-maintained.

° Convenience: There are several konbini (convenience stores) and great local restaurants just steps away.

° Wonderful Staff: The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It truly is the perfect base for exploring Tokyo and the surrounding regions. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Must stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional in local knowledge and went over and above to help with tourist type questions.
I loved the location to the station, also surrounded by local supermarkets and eateries.
The room was an exceptional modern great sized apartment with cooking facilities and very comfortable beds.

Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent wonderful hotel. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Nice spacious room, nice bathroom setup, easy access to shopping, transportation and restaurants. Very friendly front desk staff. On site convenient laundry room.

Cons:

Some of the shady bars right across the street from the property - your kids may notice. No place to eat or grab a quick bite on property - thought plenty of places within walkable distance.
