Family stay in June 2026
Pros:

The big dining table. Beds were positioned in a way that AC didn't blow directly on to you. Liked the kitchen equipment. You could borrow rice cooker, toaster, luggage scale, nail clipper and more for free. There was a whole walk in closet that could fit more than 4 luggage.

Cons:

Better storage options for clothes. There were no drawers for clothes. We just threw them all into the open hand luggage.

Spacious apartment, worth the money
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Kinshicho station which has excellent transport links by JR, subway and bus. So many bars and restaurants in the area as well as good shopping. We loved our stay here!

就是大推薦!地點交通方便又乾淨!價格也算合理，家庭房各項基本設施都有，還有IH爐跟小鍋(餐)具可以自己動手做簡單料理
Pros:

第一次東京自由行一家五口，找到了這間擁有家庭房型的HOTEL，價格合理附近生活機能非常方便，離JR錦糸町站步行也是十分鐘左右的事情，附近還有24小時超市可以購買消夜小食物類的，總之大推!各區服務人員態度都很棒，有時會遇到會講中文的，退房時剛好遇到一位台灣到日本工作的年輕人，有種親切感
洗澡水溫也是很恰當不會忽冷忽熱，隔音也做得不錯，只有推薦沒有怨言!
家庭房各項基本設施都有，還有IH爐跟小鍋(餐)具可以自己動手做簡單料理

洗衣房如果能有遠端監視系統的話就更方便了，不用一直盯著時間
