Très correct pour le prix que j’ai payé.
Pros:

Situation et rapport qualité (correcte) -prix (modique).

Cons:

Difficile de joindre le personnel en arrivant tard le soir (également le cas pour d’autres voyageurs arrivants, à qui j’ai dû ouvrir la porte moi-même).

Your staff told them that the reservation did not exist and refused to accommodate them. They therefore had to stay with friends and have already left Istanbul.

Cons:

Nossa reserva foi confirmada pelo booking, cobrada e ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que não tinha vaga, fizeram a gente pedir o cancelamento da reserva e que seria devolvido o nosso dinheiro, fomos obrigados a fazer isso (estamos esperando agora o estorno no cartão).
Ficamos na porta, com malas e sem ter para onde ir, tivemos que pegar o primeiro hotel mais próximo, nas condições que eram pela pessima organização desse hotel.
