The hotel only had one person on staff when I checked in. Once he arrived at the front desk, I checked in to my room, I went to my room and turned on the TV and it didn't work, I went downstairs again and the front desk employee was absent helping another customer, when he arrived I told him about my TV not working, he said they were 100% booked and didn't have another room to offer me so he asked if I wanted him to check it out in the room, I said "Yes". He came to the room and confirmed it didn't work and he would leave a note to have someone fix it. I told him "I won't be here tomorrow and that doesn't help me tonight". He stared at me not knowing what to say, so I said "Since I'm not getting everything I paid for I think a credit of some amount should be considered" He said he couldn't make that call but would leave a note for his supervisor.

You can probably imagine, I haven't heard a word or been offered any discount for my inconvenience as of now. Either the follow through from the one employee on staff was poor or the supervisor doesn't care enough to apologize or doesn't care enough to issue me some sort of reimbursement for my inconvenience.

Expensive for what you get
Pros:

Perfect location for the bicycle trail.

Cons:

Price for sure for what you get. Our bathroom looked run down trim was missing and she shower curtain was disgustingly didn’t look like it was cleaned in months and stains all over it. Carpet felt like it had crumbs in it wore shoes all the time vacuumed not sure. Breakfast was mediocre.

Enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever in that area
Pros:

Excellent coffee! Staff was friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to interstate and close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice rooms & clean.

Cons:

THIN walls, so not much sleep between doors, people in hall, crying baby....heard everything.

No one around @ checkout. Stood @ front desk & even call without anyone answering.
