Perfect Tokyo Stay
Pros:

Beautiful property with restaurants and events available in the hotel. The area around the hotel was also extremely convenient with only a 10 minute walk max to most trains/metro stations.

Cons:

This was the fifth hotel of our trip, which began on August 17th. While the property has some clear advantages regarding its location, several significant drawbacks severely impacted our stay.

What we liked:
The location is fantastic if you are looking for nightlife and easy accessibility. It is very close to the luxury shops in the Ginza area and numerous evening beer restaurants. Additionally, its close proximity to the train station allows for excellent mobility around the city. The staff members we interacted with were also very polite and nice.

What we didn't like:

Noise & Sleep Quality: High-quality sleep is an absolute, non-negotiable priority for me when choosing a hotel, but resting here was nearly impossible. We were placed on the 5th floor above a street packed with small restaurants. We arrived on a Friday, and the nighttime noise levels were incredibly high. Restaurant owners were loudly and rhythmically calling out to attract customers, which, combined with the frequently passing trains, made for a very disruptive environment. This hotel is completely unsuited for anyone seeking a relaxed, calm atmosphere or a nice view from their window.

Breakfast: Access to substantial, nutritious food to start the day is crucial for me, and the breakfast fell significantly short. The dining room on the ground floor operates as an Italian restaurant during the day. Breakfast consists of choosing one of five main dishes. The dish we received was merely "symbolic" and definitely not filling. The additional buffet options were also extremely limited and inadequate.

Room Layout: The room design is quite impractical. There is no sink inside the bathroom itself; instead, the sink is located out in the hallway leading from the entrance door to the bedroom.

Confusing Arrival & Reception: The property's name does not include the word "hotel," making our arrival very confusing.

Pourrait mieux faire vu que le nombre d’étoiles et le prix.
Pros:

L’emplacement est très sympa, en plein Ginza avec les transports pas loin.
Le style est moderne.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très limité, pour un tel standing c’est assez surprenant. Assez décevant je dirais.
On s’attendait à une chambre un peu plus spacieuse, là il est impossible d’ouvrir deux valises à la fois.
Des meubles prenaient de la place pour rien étant donné la superficie. La salle de bain est dans l’entrée… et pas de meuble pour poser sa trousse de toilette.
À deux, on est l’un sur l’autre.
Quant au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée, le plate de spaghetti était baigné dans de l’huile d’olive, c’était difficilement mangeable… j’ai hésité à prendre une photo.

Konum ve temizlik, bize yardımcı olan son derece anlayışlı olan resepsiyondaki arkadaş(maalesef kartını kaybettim soyadı kofu olabilir)

Cons:

Lobi yok, akşam yalnız ya da arkadaşlarınızla oturup bir kahve içebileceğiniz lobisi yok. Akşamları lobi bara dönüştürülmek te . Sabah da aynı sıkıntı var.
