Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Staff were lovely, facilities were great and bar area has a nice atmosphere. We tried the restaurant for dinner one evening and the food was delicious. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean everyday of our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we come back to Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing. We saw reviews complaining of the music and railway but we didn’t experience this as an issue, the railway wasn’t disturbing and music was not loud.

Pros:

La stanza al penultimo piano con una vista bella. Poi c'era la possibilità di prendere caffè, tè, kit per la bellezza e simili direttamente in base ai propri gusti ed esigenze e gli origami anche si potevano prendere. Il cocktail di benvenuto e poi la misura italiana a colazione mi piaceva.

Cons:

La colazione mi aspettavo qualche dolce in più, tra quelli italiani in quanto viene servita nel ristorante italiano. Se posso dare un suggerimento, le crostate di frutta sarebbe un tocco in più
