Pros:

Big rooms for Tokyo standards. Great location. Modern and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Room was ready early but they asked us to pay for early check in. We decided to wait but felt if the room was ready they could’ve just let us check in.

The hotel is very trendy and in a great location in Ginza. It was very easy to get everywhere in Ginza by foot.

Cons:

The bed was a little too big for the room, and we couldn’t charge in-house purchases (restaurant, bar) to the hotel rooms
