Convenient location. Good lounge area. Great staff.
Room a little small.
Everything. Comfortable, good location, welcoming staff!
The daily parties at the lobby can be a bit overwhelming when you return to the hotel and you have to navigate a crowd of party goers.
Great location, decent room.
Lobby had very crowded and noisy events for non guests and it got pretty annoying to maneuver to our room through crowds
Prima hotel, goede locatie.
The staff, especially van was super helpful. The location is great with tons of food and shopping options super close by in ginza. The rooms are just nice in size.
If you are expecting a relaxing and quiet stay, this hotel is not quite for you. But if you love bustling city life with shopping at your doorstep, this will be right up your ally.
Location is good - right on Ginza Corridor and 7 minutes walk to Ginza Station. Hotel lobby is shared with a bar that held a party on Saturday evening. Hotel guests get two free welcome drinks which is also nice to have.
The room seemed much smaller than its supposed 24-square-meter footprint. I suspect the measurement might be exaggerated, perhaps by including external areas like the adjacent alley.
Also, Traveling with an infant, we requested microwave access to sterilize bottles. Although we were initially told the hotel had no microwave, staff eventually allowed us to use the one behind the bar. However, after several days of this arrangement, a different receptionist abruptly denied us access. When I explained we had been using it all week, he questioned my honesty, claiming they never would have allowed it. This poor level of service was a disappointing outlier and not at all representative of the wonderful hospitality we experienced during our five weeks in Japan.
Great location
The location is great. Lots of close restaurants and shopping. Very close to train station, easy walk.
The hotel gave umbrellas when it was raining and stored our luggage when we left later. Staff was wonderful.
Our room was TERRIBLE. It was very small, very little storage for two people.. could not unpack. and while we were told we would have a TV with international stations, there was no tv. There was a pull down projection screen that blocked the bathroom and shower. You could connect to the “box” with your phone. We didn’t even try. Very disappointing.
The view was an absolute zero, kind of matched the room.
