11/10, if you’re thinking about staying in Ginza STAY HERE
Pros:

The location was perfect! just down the road from a 711 and heaps of food places right out the door of the building
staff were lovely! the room was very spacious for japan
definitely would recommend to anyone looking at staying here

Pros:

The room was very clean and nice. We loved the Bluetooth speaker in the shower and housekeeping was very neat. The hotel is at Ginza Corridor, which has many amazing restaurants nearby. The metro stop for Ginza Line is approx. 10 minutes by walking.

Cons:

There was no blackout curtains in our room and the sun came right in every early morning. It is also pretty noise from the rail tracks, but this didn't bother us.

Fantastic location, comfy bed
Pros:

The location was fantastic, with multiple train stations within walking distance. The hotel is across the road from a huge selection of restaurants and Ginza high street is a short walk away. The hotel itself is an interesting layout with the reception on the second floor, set in the corner of a bar - no issue for us as we checked in mid afternoon when it was quiet. The bar does get busy at night, it feels a little strange walking through a busy bar (with DJ!) to get back to your room. The room was fantastic, plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a speaker and bluetooth connection in the shower, a fun little extra!

Cons:

The soundproofing isn't great and this hotel is located right next to the train tracks so if you are sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend this place for you. We were on the 12th floor and could hear the trains but it didn't worry us too much.

Everything about this hotel was flawless
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was flawless—the location, cleanliness, lovely staff and room size&condition were perfect! We stayed in Tokyo, took a side trip to Kyoto, and came back. The hotel was lovely enough to store our large suitcases while we were away, and they had already brought them up to our room by the morning we returned. We truly appreciated this wonderful service! Japan is the best!!!

Cons:

We stayed on the 9th floor. Due to the hotel's architectural design, the windows cannot be opened. However, both the air conditioning and the humidity control system worked perfectly. Not a problem for us.
