i visited this hotel on 18.05.2025. Good property, worst maintenance & service.
AC doesn't work at all, i called technician at 1 am as it was very suffocating. Room booked with Terrance but given with balcony. Breakfast is worst. property doesn't have glasses for drinking water, hotel ask you to drink in tea cup. its horrible. when need to contact F&B manager, Team as instructed by management, don't contact to any senior person. All 5 star property offer fresh juices in breakfast, but this property offer you only tetra pack so called juice ( infect it is sugar syrup with flavored water). Had an opportunity to meet with F&B manager, he was just listening & no response. He offered fresh juice, @ 12 noon, when asked for orange juice he offered something else. Picture attached. totally unprofessional. overall experience is worst through out our family trip to uzbekistan.

First impression is very good. The hotel is new, modern and everything looks sparkling fresh. Check in was quick and efficient, the staff very kind and courteous.
My room was on the 10th. floor.
The lift is quick and noiseless, and i emerge into a large semi circular hallway, brightly lit by skylights. In the evening there is nicely shaded lamps evenly spaced around, it gives an impression of tasteful luxury.
Under the skylights are also nice tables and chairs, so the area can easily be used for a meeting or a workspace. Something i observed several times during my visit.
My room is spacious, with a queen sized bed, very comfy, nice fluffy pillows and a proper duvet.
First time for that in Uzbekistan. On 2 former visits, in other cities, only sheets and blankets.
There is a seating area, with a couch and a coffee table, a writing desk with a chair, a shelf for my suitcase, a cupboard with interior lights for my clothes as well as a refrigerator, coffee machine, tea, coffee, cups etc.
There is also several bottles of water, which you can get replenished as much as needed.
There is a balcony with a couple of chairs and a table, amazing views over large green areas, and the city itself, and the sun is on the balcony for several hours daily.
The bathroom is also large and very well appointed. There is a Japanese style toilet, large washbasin, with space around for all necessities, nice smelling amenities and plenty of towels of good quality.
The shower is roomy, and here is my one gripe, that stops me from rating this hotel 5 stars. The floor in the shower is quite slippery when wet, the faucet/showerhead versus the controls are strangely placed, i could wish for more water pressure and warmer water.
Everything else in my room and bathroom is excellent.
There is several outlets, also by the bed, there is good lighting for reading in bed, and the A/C works perfectly.
The staff, at least everyone i met, both housekeeping, restaurant and front desk were extremely kind, friendly without being too familiar, helpful and considerate. Always very attentive to your wishes.
The hotel has a large terrace, with comfortable seating, outside the restaurant and bar, with service well into the evening. There is a canal or small river next to the hotel, so there is a bit of birdlife around.
All food, beverages etc. that i partook of was good quality, well presented and hot tea/coffee was always available.
The hotel is located next door to a Hilton and another quite big hotel, in a newly developed area, some 10-15 minutes drive from central Samarkand. It means that unless you are very fit and have time, you can’t walk into the city, but on the other hand you have plenty of green areas around.
There is a small electric courtesy car, there provides free transport between this hotel and Hilton, where it is possible to exchange money.
All in all i was very happy and comfortable during my stay, and would happily return.

Beautiful place.New property.

The room was quite nice, with glass sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the canal. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, including a shower head mounted high enough for tall people. The breakfast was delicious, many choices, with some items varying each day. The staff were extremely helpful with arranging rides and any other questions I had. I was especially impressed that they read the fine print somewhere and noticed it was my birthday, and brought me a cake and sang to me! And the cake tasted really good, too.

I stayed four nights at this hotel to attend the UNWTO General Assembly. The hotel is conveniently located near the Congress Center which can be an easy walk of 15 minutes. The whole complex is very new in a master planned commercial development with open space and well landscaped gardens. The location is a bit far from the touristic areas of Samarkand which is about 4 to 6 KMs away from the hotel. Thanks to inexpensive and safe taxis, I was able to visit the downtown and old historical areas by hiring a taxi. I was not able to download the Yandex-Go app (which is Uber of Uzbekistan) but I could always find someone who could call the taxi for me. The breakfast selection was good although a bit of different variety each day could make it even better. Unless I specifically ask for "fresh new coffee," I was served from the coffee pot which was not good at all. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Nice new hotel.

Amazing property, extremely modern and brand new. Breathtakingly super luxurious hotel. What an amazing experience. Beautiful canal view very very caring staff and mind blowing experience. Highly recommend to all tourists whether for business or for tourism. Extremely dynamic team led Ms Valeriia the operations manager personally ensuring the comfort of every guest. Valeriya is an asset to any organization she would work. Excellent food and nice f&b staff ,a special shout to Aliyor . God bless u. Over all a superb luxurious memorable experience
