Le lit est vraiment trop dur, dommage

Nhân viên thân thiện, ks gần sân bay tiện đi chuyển. Sáng 5h mình phải ra sb sớm các bạn còn chuẩn bị cho mình 1 phần ăn sáng rất đầy đủ. Mình đã quay trở lại đây rất nhiều lần
Very close to airport.
Staff were friendly up until the point we were due to leave. We were greeted by three smiling cleaners as we left the room to go downstairs and checkout who then rushed into the room as soon as we left. Once downstairs we were told to wait until the cleaners checked the room. We were then shown photos just taken of a pillow that had dye transfered from a piece of clothing and on a bed sheet that had very light dye stains from items of clothing.
We were then told that we had to pay £30 as compensation. Not only could they not show us a policy that stated we would need to pay this for sheets and pillow cases that had dye transfered from clothing but the price they charged was extortionate for the items and this is before they even tried washing the items. After disputing the charge the member of staff quickly halved the cost and asked me to pay. After more back and forth she dropped the charge to £11.50. After reading reviews further one star reviews we could see that this was a pattern and were even more determined to resolve matters whilst paying a reasonable price which eventually worked out.
Room was also very dated and needed a spruce up.
