Needs an improvement
Pros:

Nice hotel near the airport 10 minutes by taxi. Polite and hospitable staff, cleanliness and order. I've stopped many times for a connecting flight. Everything was always great. The last time on April 30, 2026, upon check-in, she paid immediately for a late check-out and the woman at the reception, who accepted the payment the next day, withdrew money for the late check-out for the second time. They were later returned. I hope it was just an inexperienced new employee.

Cons:

when visiting the restaurant at the hotel, they did not take an order for 20 minutes, no one came up to take the order, such an attitude is not acceptable for any hotel, and for 4 stars it is simply unthinkable! A big request to the management of the hotel, be more careful in the selection of staff, especially in the reception area and the restaurant, as this is the face of the hotel! Thank you sincerely, your constant guest.

Самый ужасный отель, в котором мы проживали. Номер вонял канализацией, было очент шумно с улицы. Утром в аэропорт мы взяли такси отеля, о чем пожалели. Таксист нас обманул, не довёз до аэропорта 3 километра. Взял 500 лир, нам пришлось добираться самим. Мы чуть не опоздали на рейс из за таксиста отеля. Больше никогда не вернёмся сюда.

Отель ужасный. Такси при отеле обманывают людей. Нас высадили, сказали что это аэропорт. Оказалось еще ехать 3 километров. Мы чуть не опоздали на рейс

Közel helyezkedik el a reptérhez. Taxival 10p alatt elérhető. Átszállásra tökéletes, igényes szálloda.

Een hotel waar ik al vaker terugkom, altijd uitstekend tevreden!
Pros:

De tafels en het bestek zijn altijd netjes verzorgd. Het eten is erg lekker, vooral de gerechten die je in de restaurants kunt bestellen zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Daarnaast is de roomservice ook een groot pluspunt. Zeer tevreden!

Vue avec l’hôtel pour nous transférer à l’aéroport pour 500 tl arrivée le chauffeur n’accepte pas dit 600tl je ne suis pas à 100tl mais j’accepte pas quand change le prix à l’arrivée.

-Internet hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert, etwas später dann schon.
- Im Zimmer war eine Stechmücke, die 2 Nächte mich genervt hat.
- ich brauche immer eine dicke Decke, auch wenn es heiß ist. Die lag im Schrank, ohne Bezug, und riech stark nach Staub.
