Pros:

Вежливый персонал, место расположения, удобная кровать.

Cons:

Фото отеля не соответствуют действительности, в частности в отеле не используется косметика, заявленная на фото, также отсутствуют некоторые средства гигиены (бритвы, ватные диски), было застелено грязное постельное белье и использовались грязные полотенца.

Un sejour tout confort, vue magnifique depuis la piscine
Pros:

La vue exceptionnelle depuis la piscine sur l ocean, le petit déjeuner type buffet, un restaurant ouvert 24/7. Idéalement positionné pour aller a l aeroport, sans aucun bruit d avions.

Cons:

Pas de vue depuis les chambres (immeuble en face très proche) mais sans importance pour nous car souvent en sortie ou a la piscine

Very modern hotel and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It is in the center of Kuta and the view from the pool is amazing!

Cool Kuta
Pros:

Fantastic little hotel on Kuta Beach. Great views from the pool and lovely breakfast, bar area. Very good cocktails and food.

Cons:

The washing machine process is outdated and there is only 1 machine and dryer. Have to get staff to help you .. need more machines.

La chambre confort XL est au top et parfaitement adaptée pmr fauteuil roulant ainsi que tout l’hôtel ce qui est appréciable. En face de la plage près de tous les restos et massages ! Au top

Not really worth the dollars.

Liked the bed. The room was fine.

Cons:

Just had an issue with bench space in the bathroom as the kettle cups and coffee machine took up most of the space. Suggest findins space for rhis somewhere else other than the bathroom. Also the balcony room we booked as we like to sit and have coffee on the balcony in the morning had a triangle sort of balcony (tiny) with no seating at all so really not a balcony you could use. The view was ordinary as well.

Prima hotel met stinkende kamer en slechte bediening .

Super locatie, rooftop restaurant en zwembad.

Cons:

Airco stonk bij aankomst. We hebben gemeld, ze zeiden het gaat weg na 5 min. Wij gingen weg en kwamen 00:00 terug. Nog steeds stank, weer gemeld, ze zouden komen kijken, pas na 10 min. Gingen zoeken naar andere kamer, duurde lang. We lagen ondertussen al
In bed. Airco uit moeten doen wegens enorme stank! Weer gemeld volgende dag, geen reactie op de melding bij receptie en whats app. Dus weer een nacht zonder airco. Al onze spullen stinken naar de stank. Bediening rooftop is slecht. Je moet overal in hotel afrekenen , een diner of drankje op kamer nummer zetten kennen ze niet. Massage is drie keer zo duur als om de hoek, bovendien komen ze je op het hotelkamer masseren. Taxi was goed maar ook 6 keer zo duur als een taxi buiten het hotel. Bij andere hotels in Bali kwamen ze ook bij vertrek de koffers ophalen van de hotelkamer. Helaas hier niet.

Good. Exactly as advertised.
Pros:

Overall, it was as advertised. It was modern, the location was right across from the beach, it had a nice rooftop pool and a nice rooftop restaurant and bar. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing that I really didn’t like is that the room felt a little bit small. Also, it’s just a bigger style hotel so you don’t get the same personalised service as a smaller boutique hotels and other parts of Bali.
