Great location and lovely team who went above and beyond to help us celebrate my sister in laws birthday, thank you! We were also able to store our bags which was a huge plus.
On the second morning the electric and water went down. There was no back up for the entire hotel and we had to check out and spend a day in Dublin and travel home in the evening without a shower and we had to clean our teeth with the bottled water we had. The team dealt with it well and I felt so bad for them. There should have been some contingencies in place for a hotel of this size.
The hotel itself was very different and I loved the unique style.
No fridge in the room, or complimentary water which should be included at any stay. We also had no phone so we couldn’t call down to reception. It was a dear stay for one night.

Dass es einen Stromausfall gab, und alle Gäste in umliegende Hotels umgebucht wurden. (Was sehr gut organisiert war).Dadurch hatte ich keine gute Lage mehr und war nicht mehr direkt im Zentrum.
Das hat meinen Aufenthalt deutlich verschlechtert.
The room was comfy and well equipped
Through no fault of their own there was a power cut in the morning so was unable to shower and charge my phone
We checked in late and Matheus and Paco were extremely welcoming and helpful. The next days Paloma and Carolina were also very kind, helpful and gave us nice indications to visit the city and have a nice lunch. All the staff was genuinly smiling and the same when we met the housekeeping staff. Our room was super clean and confortable and we really appreciate to find a boiler and some tea to relax after long walks.
I choose it because of its location . Near Church, Conference location We were attending and tram to get to train station. Also my Son recommended it.
The morning we were departing a power failure. Lucky we were ready for going for breakfast. Being on 7th floor it took a while to get down for breakfast which is very good value for money. Staff very helpful and one complaint dealt with immediately. 5 Star treatment
