Food/breakfast if that what was served could be called breakfast at all! The hotel itself does not have any place to eat breakfast but we were directed to the next door pasticeria. There was not any choice at all, you had to eat what you got. It was just a bun with one slice of ham and one slice cheese, a brioche, an orange juice and coffee. The bun was the size of those served in the kindergartens. And then not everybody likes brioches. And what if you are on a particular diet? No fresh fruit or vegetables, no choice at all! And what was even worse was the unkind lady working there. We greeted her, no answer, we thanked her, no answer. She just put the plates or rather dropped them on the table! I totally understand that people have bad days or some family issues and did not expect her to hug me but she was very rude! So one message for the hotel staff: guys you are great so don't let your reputation be ruined for one breakfast!

S pobytom v hoteli som bol, žiaľ, veľmi nespokojný, najmä čo sa týka raňajok. Každý jeden deň bola úplne rovnaká ponuka bez akejkoľvek obmeny počas celého pobytu. Keď sme sa na to pýtali, bolo nám povedané, že ide o kontinentálne raňajky. Takúto informáciu sme však pred rezerváciou v ponuke nikde nevideli a očakávali sme väčší výber a aspoň určitú variabilitu počas pobytu.

Ešte väčším sklamaním bol však prístup personálu. Obsluha pri raňajkách aj personál na recepcii pôsobili veľmi neochotne a namiesto snahy situáciu vysvetliť alebo riešiť naše pripomienky sme sa stretli skôr s nezáujmom.

Rozumiem tomu, že hotel môže ponúkať kontinentálne raňajky a nemusí mať obrovský výber. Ak je však hosť ubytovaný viac dní, očakával by som aspoň nejakú pestrosť a predovšetkým ochotu personálu komunikovať a reagovať na oprávnené pripomienky. Práve prístup personálu bol pre mňa najväčším sklamaním z celého pobytu.

Absence de gel douche et shampooing, équipements sanitaires avec évacuation très lente. Petit déjeuner hors de l’hôtel avec rapport qualité prix très défavorable et un accueil froid et désagréable par la serveuse chaque matin.

The toilet light has a sensor that turns off after 5 minutes, which is very inconvenient coz you end up showering in the dark.
I would add a closet & drawers in the room as we were lacking space to put clothes on the hanger/stand for 2 people.

S'hauria de millorar la il·luminació dels banys. És molt incòmode el sistema de sensor, que fa que hagis d'estar contínuament fent senyes perquè s'encengui el llum, el que fa que sigui fins i tot perillós si et trobes a la dutxa, per exemple. A més, una mica més d'intensitat per al mirall, vendria bé per a un afaitat, etc.
El dispensador de paper de bany s'atasca i és difícil de treure.
