Pros:

寝具の寝心地はよかった

Cons:

連泊しました
清掃不要の連絡をして外出したが、2日目のタオルの配布がなく、2日目も同じタオルを使うことになった
疲れていてフロントにも連絡しなかったから仕方ない

Pros:

一階のラウンジでゆっくりしていたところ、大きな声で仕事の話をする方が居ました。特別な時間をゆっくり寛いでいたところ、雰囲気台無しでした。そことをスタッフへ伝えたところ、相手の方へ注意してくれましたが、状態は直ぐには変わらず、その代わり周辺の観光地について詳しく話をしてくれたりと気をそらすことが出来たことに感謝です。素敵な笑顔と気の利いた対応にさすが星野リゾートだと思いました。

駐車場以外は良好だった
Pros:

部屋の設備が良かった。
布団やタオルなどまずまずだった。ソファベッドも併設され、家族３人でも寝るには気軽に利用できる部屋だった。
ロマンチックな滞在先というよりは、家族や友達出来るには良いホテルだと思う。

Cons:

ホテルの駐車場がなく、契約駐車場だった。
また、この駐車場が４，５階まで上がらなければならなかったが、壁にこすっている後がたくさん付いているほど狭い駐車場で、正直、途中でやめて他の駐車上を探そうと思ったほどだった。
ホテルのイメージダウンになると思います。

המיקום במקום נוח, הצוות מנסה לעזור

Cons:

המיטות הן בעצם מזרונים על במת עץ שמחזיקים, אין וילון שמחשיך את החדר, דבר שגורם להתעוררות מוקדמת מהצפוי. לא מנקים את החדר כל יום. במלון הכי פחות מוצלח שלי בביקור ביפן

住宿地點接近香林坊,走出飯店三分鐘就有公車站可以往金澤車站和許多景點
21世紀美術館 兼六園 金澤城 武士屋敷等景點都是步行可達
飯店每天下午四點的城市散策行程很值得參加

check in時有一位會說中文的女性工作人員態度不佳
不主動分享飯店有提供的行程或是服務
向她詢問時,對方表示可以自己在飯店官網看詳情,讓人觀感不佳

La habitación era muy amplia.

Cons:

Nada más entrar huele la recepción a comida durante todo el día.

El desayuno deja mucho que desear, el café no se puede tomar, recomiendo no coger esta opción.

La habitación tiene muy mala ventilación, para ello solo se puede abrir la ventana de condensa mucho.
