施設や設備が良いだけに残念…
Pros:

ロケーションが抜群。
モダンなホテルだが、センスがよく、ラグジュアリー感を感じました。
設備の割にはコスパがよいと久しぶりに思えたホテルでした。

Cons:

ミニバーが宿泊料金に含まれている、という説明がなく、チェックアウト時に知りました。
スパが併設されているのに、サイトにはスパがあるのかどうかもわかりにくい写真が数枚のみ…。受付では事前の案内もなく、スパ用のバスローブは部屋の棚の上段にあり、わかりにくかった。知っていたら利用したのに！と後で残念に思いました。
上記２点、サイトには表記してあるものの、敢えて口頭では案内していないようにも感じ、最後に少し不信感が残りました。

Pros:

Hat bei allem overdelivered. Zimmer mit Ausblock aufs Schloss, Ausstattung, Restaurant, Rooftopbar, großer schöner Wellnessbereich im Keller - war sehr positiv überrascht!

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war im Zimmer die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, und der fäkalien wurden abgepumpt dadurch hat es im Zimmer extrem gestunken, am nächsten Tag war alles ok.

Nagyon tetszett a hotel elhelyezkedése is,mert mi Eisenstadtba az Eszterházy kastélyt jöttünk megnézni és még a szobából és hotel teraszról is ráláttunk,és gyönyörködhettünk a kastélyban . Szobánkat maximálisan tisztán,illatosan vehettük át,kényelmes ágyak, kék-óarany színe a szobának és dizájn kifejezetten tetszett, a kocsit is a parkoló a hotel alatt mélygarázsban ,maximálisan biztonságban tudhattam.parkolókártyás rendszerrel működik, de kijelentkezés után is ott maradhatott még aznap a kocsi,amíg még kicsit városnézésre mentünk. Személyzete kedves, segítőkész és majdnem mindenki magyar, aminek nagyon örültem !

Nice large room with a view to Schloss Esterhazy.
Room and hotel premises are in very good shape.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

Open bathroom is not a good idea.
When checking in we asked till how late the restaurant is open. We were told till 10 pm. We went to restaurant 8.50 pm and we were told that the kitchen is closed. Perhaps, hotel manager could ensure that the reception and kitchen stuff are on the same page regarding dining.
