Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage direkt am Schloss Esterhazy

Cons:

Eiskalte Zimmer, ich musste das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Heizung nur sehr langsam wärmt und scheinbar die Zimmer länger schon nicht mehr in Betrieb waren. Eine Sauna aufgrund mangelnder Gäste nicht in Betrieb (Ausrede Wartung), Parkgarage mit 25€ völlig überteuert (an der Straße kann man ab 16 Uhr gratis parken, ab 08 Uhr dann für 3 Stunden gratis), Frühstück mit 35€ völlig überteuert. Tourismusabgabe Burgenland 4,50€ pro Person und Nacht, eine bodenlose Frechheit!

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Egal in welchem Bereich Empfang, Rooftop Bar und beim Frühstück.
Ausstattung und Stil, hervorragende.
Als Mensch der sich beruflich viel in Hotels aufhalten darf, selten so eine klare Linie,die auch jedes Teammitglied lebt. Danke, komme auf jedenfalls wieder.

Cons:

I made a reservation for a colleague, but the hotel made a new reservation for him on the spot, which he had to pay for, and the hotel charged me a no-show fee for my "unused" reservation.
So the hotel charged me twice for one room...

might be great during spring / summer / autumn, not much to do during winter
Pros:

sauna area is very nice, restaurant staff very friendly

Cons:

we missed a possibility to get a massage, not provided at the property, certainly something to consider; the room was a bit cold; parking is expensive (25€ per night); vehicle charging priced at a flat rate 30€ which might be ok for fully electric cars, but is unfair for hybrid vehicles with smaller batteries

Außer mit den zuvor genannten Gründen waren wir sehr zufrieden

Servicekräfte zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich

Cons:

€ 25,- Zahlung für die Tiefgarage unserer Meinung zu viel, € 30,- für ein Frühstuck für 1 Person wären ausreichend
