Guests are required to provide a billing zip code at the time of reservation.

Please note that the guest name and credit card used at time of booking must match the guest's name and credit card at check-in.

Wrist bands are distributed based on the number of guests per booking. Wrist bands for additional guests can be purchased at the property for USD 30 each.

Damage deposit of 250 Dlls cash is required at arrival during March 4th to April 15. No free parking during March and April. Parking permit is limited to ONE SPOT per room reserved.

Free parking will not be available during the month of March and April. Between the dates of March 5-21 and April 3-11 a wristband fee of $25 per person per night and parking fee of $25 per stay per vehicle will be applicable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I slept sitting up in the bed because of the reviews about the hotel the ppl said they have bedbugs

It had black hair everywhere and the light didn’t work until I touched the outlet and reset it and then that made the tub come on… the place just needs to be update. I asked for a bed to put on top of the sheets and the front desk receptionist asked me why do I need a sheet.

For a quick getaway 1 nighter it was good
Pros:

Always pleasant to stay here, Casa Bella is my go whenever I’m in town.

Fix or replace ice machine
Pros:

The pool and location!

Cons:

I have been there like four times. The ice machine is never working. You have to drive to outside stores to buy your own ice. I only complain about this because you pay a “resort fee” and they can’t even fix or replace the ice machine.

Pros:

It was close to things to do. But it was hard to walk to places, needed to drive to get to beaches.
You can walk to Irish pub and another restaurant.

Cons:

1 mile to Claytons.
Room looked freshly painted and smell of paint and disinfectant hung in air.

Cons:

I frequent this hotel when I stay at the island and I was asked for a $100 cash deposit, which I found odd bc they also took my card for incidentals. I had let the front desk personnel know I had never been asked to do that before and he stated it’s always been the policy. They did wave the deposit but it seemed shady. Makes me not want to utilize this hotel anymore sadly.
