Très bon emplacement. Proximité immédiate de plusieurs lignes de métro. Qualité de la literie. Chambre bien insonorisée et au calme. Très propre. Correspond aux attentes. Avons été placées dans les étages supérieurs, comme demandé.

Cons:

Il y a la possibilité d’optimiser la place de rangement en ajoutant porte manteau et étagères, un peu juste quand on arrive avec 2 grosses valises

Enjoyed our stay at The Indigo hotel in the financial district.
Pros:

Our hotel room was small, but very nice. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, sufficient storage space for clothes, lighting was good, shower had lots of hot water. The hotel is located near several subway stations making it easy access to landmarks of NYC. We felt it was in a safe location and felt comfortable arriving in the late hours via subway. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There are only two elevators so we had to wait a short time to enter and exit the elevator. Would have liked more towel racks for the towels in the bathroom.

Great location - friendly staff
Pros:

Pros: great location and very clean. Room came with a fridge which was appreciated. Friendly staff is always a plus.

Cons: basic Room seemed smaller than expected but wasn’t so bad when room is so clean.
