Frühstück á la Carte im "Half Moon" war sehr gut. Hotel grundsätzlich sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir waren zu 4t und hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen-Size betten. Wie fast überall in NYC - Zimmergröße überschaubar für 4 Personen - wenig Platz für Koffer, kleiner Kasten, etc..

Es war etwas laut im Hotelgang.

Had a great stay at IHG Indigo, would definitely return.
Pros:

Great location near several subway stations, Wall Street, battery park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room felt clean. Nice shower. They accommodated a late checkout at no extra cost. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant.

Cons:

We found the housekeeping a little unreliable, I mentioned several times we were a group of 4 but kept getting only 3 sets of towels and coffee cups delivered and one day we had no towels. Also our door was left open by housekeeping one of the days.

Stanza molto pulita, posizione comoda.

Cons:

Abbiamo preso una stanza con la colazione inclusa, la colazione non era disponibile con buffet, e si poteva scegliere solo un piatto alla carta. Qualità della colazione pessima. Su 4 notti prenotate il secondo giorno non ci hanno fatto le pulizie alla stanza, quando la sera abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, alla reception ci hanno risposto che per privacy non fanno le pulizie se non specificamente richieste! Assurdo che nessuno ci abbia avvisato.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van. Sok látnivaló gyalog gyorsan elérhető. Gyors ki-és bejelentkezés. A szoba nagy, sok bőrönddel is kényelmesen használható. Ez meglepett és pozitívan érintett. Korábban, másik szállodában szinte semmi helyünk nem maradt, szinte csak oldalazva fértünk el egymás és a bőröndök mellett, között. Nagyon szép, igényes fürdőszoba. Legközelebb itt fogunk szállást foglalni.
