I was not happy as first of all pics on Expedia made this property look far better the it is. Secondly these are managed apartments and there was no house keeping , not even fresh towels till you pay extra and what really annoyed me was there was only a basic cafe at property, no restaurant or anything. Yes there are options close proximity but I literally had big nights and came back to hotel with no food. Save your money and spend few hundred extra to stay at Me Dubai nearby, you’d would thank me.
It was a wonderful stay. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony was priceless.

Stunning room, very beautiful stay with lots of space and bathrooms for a girls trip. Check in was a breeze. The hotel has all amenities we could need from smoothies in morning to shop for snacks.

Condominium apartment in business Bay Area. 15min walk to Dubai Mall. Very helpful front desk. Overall good experience.
This hotel was clean and also has a great location. The nearby Mosque has a prayer broadcast which was a great experience.
The staff however were not so great. Unwilling to be flexible with travel changes of any kind. It was understood the deadline had passed (by ~6hours), but the staff wouldn’t allow at least a shortened stay. The view of the undeveloped dirt lot next door was excellent.
Value for money and strategic location.
This is a great property if someone is visiting with friends and family. I was with family of 9 people, the property had 4 bedroom with attach bath, big living room two balcony which gives a clear view of Burj Khalifa.
All staff are very friendly and resturants are available in walking distance.
Property was great , apartment was really nice and Sonder provided great services and amenities, would stay again definitely if coming to Dubai for location
I had a fantastic stay at Sonder! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were minor inconveniences (for example could’ve used more towels) but overall nice place and great location.

10/10 would recommend if staying near business bay
The apartment was not cleaned good, dirty curtains, slimy shower floor, stains on the sofa and dust on furniture. I called the front desk and they sent the cleaning supervisor who agreed that the sofas and curtains need changing. The balcony doors wouldn’t close so hot air mixed with the aircon in the apartment. I was offered other apartments to view but honestly they were just as bad if not worse. The pictures did NOT match the product. Dubai had many other apartment hotels so save your money and don’t bother. Also check-in is a nightmare, it took 30 mins to complete check-in. Sonders Business Bay is a 3* hotel. I won’t be returning. I have pictures if I could share on here I would show. I will share on Tripadviser.
Great services overall
It was a quite, modern apartment. Convenient to shopping, dining, grocery etc. We family of four enjoyed out stay at Sonders.
