Kamer goed maar personeel kan meer attent zijn.
Pros:

Grote kamer groot bed hygiënisch en schoon. Fijne douche en bad.

Cons:

Koffiezetapparaat was stuk. Hierdoor lekte er water uit. Het werd genoteerd maar klacht werd niet verholpen. Ze hadden op zn minst een kopje koffie kunnen aanbieden. Als je koffie in de kamer aambiedt en het gaat mis regel dan een kopje koffie. Klein gebaar maar is wel attent.

Prima maar traditioneel, gemak, behouden...
Pros:

De meiden achter de balie. Heel fijn dat er een basis voor koffie/thee op de kamer geboden wordt. Daar word ik erg gelukkig van. Precies goed zo!

Cons:

De ramen waren van binnen vies en de vloerbedekking zat vol met vlekken. Ik vind het alleen echt jammer dat er echt nul weinig wordt gedaan omtrent het bevorderen van vitaal en duurzaam gedrag, bijvoorbeeld via nutching. Plaats de fietsenstalling voor het gebouw, zowel voor het huren als het plaatsen van eigen fietsen. Maak er een mooie plek van, in plaats van dit weg te stoppen. Maak zichtbaar dat er veel en het goed te doen is met de fiets in de regio. Bevorder/stimuleer het gebruik. Verstop de trap niet, plaats er ten minste een bordje op 'trap' maar veel beter nog, stimuleer het nemen van de trap, Maak per verdieping een mooie muurgraffiti/-tekening, plaats de lift in een verdomhoekje. Leidt er een rode loper naartoe, plaats bordjes waar de trap is en verwijs ernaar bij de balie. Maak het aantrekkelijk. Nu is het gek om de trap te nemen. Maak de lift 'gek'.

Pros:

De kamer was schoon en prettig. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk.

Cons:

De Welness had een storing waardoor er geen gebruik gemaakt kon worden van het zwembad en de sauna. Erg jammer aangezien ik speciaal daarvoor naar dit hotel was gekomen.

Mooie, nieuwe en schone kamer

Het bed was erg slecht en gleed alle kanten. Het waren 2 losse matrassen.

Pros:

Eenvoudige kamer, wel comfortabel. Heerlijke spa. Uitgebreid ontbijt.
Gratis parkeren op het terrein, opladen tegen een gunstig tarief. De roofbar biedt een wijds uitzicht maar ik vind de openingstijden wat aan de krappe kant.
Je kunt lekker eten in het van der Valk hotel en in geval van nood zit je ook nog is op loopafstand van McDonalds en KFC.

Cons:

De kamer had voor die prijs wel wat luxer gemogen, de bedden waren ook wat smal.

Nice, comfortable rooms, but unclean and lacking in food options in the restaurant.
Pros:

Very comfortable, good size room and bathroom.

Cons:

Blood drops on the carpet! Gross. Toilet is a small room by the door and the bathroom is off the other side of the room so go from the toilet around the room to the bathroom to reach the sink. The restaurants website showed a much bigger selection of meals than was actually on the menu.
