El hotel es muy confortable, con excelente ubicación,, sector residencial muy tranquilo y seguro, con una vista de la ciudad inmejorables, buen desayuno, limpio, es una casa patrimonial muy bien mantenida y con una atención excelente

Malas duchas, pobre limpieza, linda propiedad.

Buena ubicación, vistosa propiedad de época.

Cons:

El agua para ducharse es muy mala. La primera noche no nos pudimos duchar por falta de agua, y tampoco había personal en la propiedad , ni atendieron los teléfonos que ellos mismos indicaban había que llamar.
Luego el resto de los días, el agua no se podía graduar, por lo que pasaba de quemar a congelar. Fue por lejos los peores baños que nos dimos en años.
Cualquier emergencia o situación fuera de hora no puede ser atendida. Muy mala experiencia en ese sentido.
Estaba sucia la habitación, tenia vidrios sucios y polvo de muchos meses en lugares como sobre los rieles de cortinas que estan a pocos centímetros de tu cabeza cuando dormis. Habia alfombras sueltas que resbalaban en la habitación y pasillos del hotel.

El personal atento.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser más completo. Nos pareció caro para los servicios y las instalaciones. Recomiendo aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Prever que está en una zona alta y no tan cerca de la parte más turística de la Ciudad si estás sin auto.
