We were really excited to stay here, but left disappointed. First thing we noticed is the hot tub is not a hot tub. It is a one person tub you put hot water in. Second thing we found male body fluid on the pillowcase. It was a nice and relaxing place. We are 420 people so if it right in. The few people that were there that we met were very nice. As for the third problem, no hot water anywhere on the compound. Cold showers had to wash your hands with cold water so we felt dirty the whole time. We left Saturday so we could have some fun and went to another resort and paid again. After talking to management about the issues, they offered a gift certificate. To be real, we’re probably never going back there. It’s kind of sad to have to say bad things about this place but I wish there was a review. I would’ve saw before I stayed here so we would’ve stayed somewhere else. I hope this helps other people make a decision about where they wanna stay.

A must stay in Desert Hot Springs
It's a nice spot. I see lots of folks here having an amazing time. But I'm a little disappointed the pool and spas appear to be chlorinated - I wanted actual mineral spring water. But oh well, I splurged for a room with a private tube so problem solved, right?
Wrong. The plug slowly lets all the water leak out so within 30 min the tub is empty. I could keep refilling it but it feels too wasteful with such a large tub. And to top it off, the neighbors (not hotel guests) have a baby that won't stop screaming, it's something outside of their control but it ruins what could be a peaceful spot. So I don't recommend #10 or anything along that side of the building. What was supposed to be a splurge to celebrate getting a full scholarship to college ended up feeling like I wasted the little money I have to celebrate with. I don't want this to be all negative so things I did enjoy: the colored lights outside are magical in the evening and the sheets are so soft. Also 24/7 access to the pools and jacuzzi is amazing! Love being nude and smoking weed.
