Never again
Pros:

Location was near enough of what we needed.

Cons:

Not enough parking, rooms not cleaned very well and not at all during the stay although we were told they would every other day, elevators smell like dogs, shower lost pressure in the middle of each shower, the hotel was not as nice as others I have been to under this name, breakfast was horrible. Beds are rock hard, not comfortable at all.

Disappointed
Cons:

The first night the thermostat did not work and the ac was stuck on 66 degree the room was so cold that there was condensation on the floor, I slipped and almost fell, went and Informed the front desk the employee that was working gave me 2 dbl A batteries and told me to change the batteries on the thermostat, I attempted to do it and partially removed the face to the thermostat then realized that it had electrical parts I called my husband in Houston and he told me to NOT do it because I could get electrocuted. I froze that night 7/17/2026 the next morning I went to the front desk and there was a young lady working and I informed her what happened and she chuckled and said oh the guy that works
Overnight is new and he didn’t know, I failed
To see the humor in it. Later that day I was Informed that the breaker was off. Then on the 18th the refrigerator and microwave were not working and again I called the front desk and the man working said to look for the outlet and if necessary to pull the table away from the wall. I paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights paid over 800.00 dollars and I was asked to do maintenance work, I was extremely disappointed.

An obvious choice for booking!
Pros:

The welcome screen coming into my room on the TV was really nice! It was very clean, very colorful and not boring like other hotels, and the staff was exceptional!

Quite fantastic and enjoyable
Pros:

The location was ideal for shopping and eating at different restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only complaint was the beds were a bit squeaky when you would move. Never knew my kids moved so much at night. Other than that, it was a great experience from check in to check out.
