Pros:

I recently stayed at Primus Hotel Alacati and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to stay in. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. A special mention to Cansu, who was especially kind and supportive throughout our stay. The location is perfect – central and within walking distance of the charming Alacati center. Overall, a truly outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend.

Otel özenle hazırlanmış, odaların dizaynı gayet iyi. Özellikle kahvaltı diğer otellerden fark yaratır şekilde gurme lezzetlerle hazırlanmış, malzemeler çok kaliteli. Otelde içtiğimiz kokteyller de lezzetliydi. Merkezi konumda olduğu için her yere yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor, otele geldiğiniz anda ise sakinliğe geçebiliyorsunuz. Sadece banyolardaki tehçizatlar siyah renk olduğu için renk atmaları için yeniden bakım yapılabilir.

Otelin kahvaltılarına bayıldık. 4 gece konakladık her gün açık büfe olmasına rağmen farklı çeşitte güzel kahvaltılıklar vardı. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve nazikti. Temizlik konusunda 4 gece kaldığımız için üzüldük. Çünkü temizlik yetersizdi. Örneğin bir tane örtü buruşturulup valizimizin üstüne atılmış bir şekilde bulduk. Odada terlik kahve kapsülü gibi ürünler günlük yenilenmedi . Kalacaklara önerim 1 gece içib mükemmel bir yer ama uzun kalma konusunda değil

Wat een geweldig team! We voelden ons echt als VIP’s behandeld. Elke vraag werd met aandacht en zorg beantwoord, en niets was hen te veel. Echt nog nooit zo’n goede service meegemaakt!

Mevrouw Cansu was geweldig – echt een powerwoman! Dankzij haar is dit voor herhaling absoluut vatbaar. 🥰🥰

I was very disappointed with the reception, especially with the girl who introduced herself as a manager. The room we were given had no window, was very dirty, and during the night a terrible sewage smell started coming from the bathroom, making it impossible to sleep.

In the morning, we asked reception to change our room, but they responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, saying the room could not be changed. When we insisted that they at least provide us with another option, they categorically refused. We told them that since we had no other choice, even though we had already paid for three nights, we would leave and find another hotel for the remaining two nights. Their response was: “We don’t care.”

We had to pay extra to stay in another hotel for the rest of our stay. I would strongly recommend everyone not to visit this hotel because of the very unprofessional and undisciplined staff. The rudest person was the girl who presented herself as the manager.

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Urlaub mit Freunden!

Die Unterkunft war nur 10 min Fußweg von der Stadt entfernt und lag direkt neben einem leckeren Sandwich Laden. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war sehr groß und hat viel Platz geboten für unsere Koffer.

Cons:

Der Kleiderschrank war etwas klein und es hätten ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel sein können. Der Mülleimer war kaputt im Badezimmer und im Bad war wenig Platz für Kosmetiksachen. Leider hat das Personal kaum oder gar kein Englisch gesprochen, man musste sich mit Händen und Füßen verständigen.

Pros:

Arkadaşımla beraber kısa bir tatil için tercih ettik. Tesisin fiziki imkanlarını çok sevdik. Havuzu, odaların konumu, kahvaltı yerinin havuzun yakınında olması oldukça güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Günün her saati her türlü isteğimize yanıt verdiler. Personel ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Alaçatı merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, alaçatı otogara da oldukça yakın. Biz çok sevdik. Bundan sonra adresimiz belli.

Şuana kadar alaçatıda kaldığım en güzel otel diyebilirim kahvaltisi mükemmel ötesiydi Özkan Chef her sabah harikalar yarattı..ayrica habuz başı menüsüde çok başarılı,calişanlar güler yüzlü ve çok profesyoneller her anlamda burda konaklamaktan memnun kaldık.. tekrar gelicem ve çevreme önereceğim bi otel olacaktır.. :)

Wij kwamen inchecken en er werd geen gedag tegen ons gezegd. Nadat we dat hadden gedaan werd er gevraagd of we hier eerder heb verbleven en antwoordde: ja. Ze gaf de sleutels en we moesten zelf de kamer vinden en zelf onze koffers gaan tillen. Nadat we zuchtte kwam een andere medewerker ons helpen wat erg lief was. Cansu hanim is erg onvriendelijk en kijkt altijd chagrijnig. Wij verbleven bij de zolder en je hoort alles van buiten af dus echt niet fijn. Als we eten wilde bestellen moesten wij zelf naar de medewerkers toe lopen om te vragen of we mochten eten. Terwijl wij gewoon in het restaurant zaten. Bij het uitchecken was er op de factuur extra dingen gezet terwijl wij dat niet hadden besteld. Dus check zeker naar je factuur. Vorig jaar was het echt top, maar dit jaar echt een tegenvaller. Nooit meer Primus voor ons.
