Schöne Anlage, ruhige Atmosphäre. Freundliche Menschen.

Wir haben es sehr bedauert, dass gerade bei unserem Aufenthalt das sehr schöne Pool gewartet werden musste.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht.
Alternative im nahegelegenen Acquapulco war spät nachmittags schon geschlossen und öffnete erst um 9.00 Uhr. Schwimme gerne in der Früh. Sehr schade!

Le séjour était magique !
Pros:

L’accueil à la réception de l’hôtel était parfait, les explications très claires, une gentillesse hors du commun. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
La chambre, la literie et la salle de bain… parfaits !
Nous recommandons le restaurant de l’hôtel, les serveurs étaient d’une gentillesse à toutes épreuves.

Cons:

C’est dommage que nous n’avons pas pu apprécier la piscine qui était en travaux.
Mais cela ne change ne rien notre appréciation sur le séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%

Restauracja w otoczeniu trulli.

Cons:

Głównym atutem tego miejsca miał być relaks w oddaleniu od "cywilizacji" oraz kameralny basen. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu (2 noce) basen był nieczynny z przyczyn technicznych. Szkoda że hotel nie poinformował o tym gości, wtedy zrezygnowalibyśmy z pobytu i wybrali inny obiekt w pobliżu. Dodatkowo bezpośrednio obok hotelu jest aquapark, głośną muzykę i krzyki dzieci słychać wyraźnie. W ramach "zadośćuczynienia" za nieczynny basen zaproponowano nam wstęp właśnie do aquaparku. Dla rodziny z małymi dziećmi to jest dobre rozwiązanie, ale nie dla dorosłych.
Niestety w naszym pokoju były też poplamione prześcieradła, musieliśmy prosić o ich wymianę.

ottima colazione, vasto assortimento. Ristorante buonissimo. Staff sempre a disposizione. Posto bellissimo per rilassarsi perchè fuori dal centro.

Pros:

Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt erg lekker. Kamer werd heel goed schoongemaakt en was heel mooi alhoewel ik dacht dat we een trulli zouden krijgen maar waarschijnlijk heb ik bij het boeken zelf niet goed gekeken.

Cons:

Zwembad drie dagen dicht en dat bij 40 graden. Wel mocht je gratis gebruik maken van het aquapark ernaast en dat vond ik wel echt netjes!

Si vous souhaitez être au calme il y’a un parc aquatique où on attend le bruit et le lieu est pour accueillir les enfants donc beaucoup de bruit dans la piscine

La struttura si presenta molto bene,comoda la piscina e l acquapark a pochi metri di distanza.

La stanza all’apparenza sembrava pulita ma purtroppo le lenzuola era tanto impolverate a tal punto che mio figlio e mio marito hanno avuto una reazione allergica.
In piena notte abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la struttura e nonostante il disagio e nonostante fossimo stati solo poche ore ci hanno fatto pagare l intero soggiorno. Mi sarei aspettata almeno un riguardo
