Hotel Hacienda Dorotea

A unique great boutique hotel about 5 minutes car drive out of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is at countryside, very quiet and with beautiful surrounding. Very nice staff. It is around 10 minutes drive from downtown Puerto Natales. We had a rental car, so this was not an issue for us. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely view. This is an individual place with a great deal of attention to detail and original features. The staff were excellent and very helpful before we arrived as we needed a driver to take us to Punta Arenas, they found us a driver and helped organise everything, very much above and beyond what might be expected. Breakfast was included and was good, we had an evening meal too, not quite so good, a lot of the menu was unavailable. Nevertheless we were able to eat, enjoy a lovely view and friendly staff so we were happy. Very much recommended.

Original farmhouse with a beautiful view. Location far from the city, doesn’t have a courtesy bathroom if your flight takes off in the evening. Nice staff and nice breakfast

Great stay here with amazing views. Our initial room had a cracked window but the hotel were able to change us to a new room! Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast and dinner in the Restaurant.

Modern rooms with very comfortable bedding. The bonus is that each room overlooks over the pasture and on a clear day, mountains and glaciers from Torres Del Paine are visible. The staff at the reception speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. We had some noise issues from the electric system and they tried their best to fix the problem. I was sick during my visit and there was no issue delivering supper to the room.

A little remote but the taxis cost $5 only. Good value for money.

Hacienda Dorotea is the perfect city getaway destination if you want to be a little away from the city (but not too far out from Puerto Natales only 7-8 minutes) and be with nature. In our stay we had a wonderful view of the mountain and the window is like a panoramic painting of the vista outside with the mountain being the backdrop. The room is spectacularly arranged, some even affecting the light and shadows when the lights are off and the amenities are plentiful, from its own restaurant and breakfast so you don't have to go out into Puerto Natales to eat after a long nice day from TDP. Tea/hot water are available at reception and the service from the receptionist has nothing been less than outstanding, including asking if we would like to take breakfast to go and making sure we wake up on time for the tour at 7 am. There is also a little museum detailing the history of the ranch but unfortunately we did not have time to check it out. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely return if given opportunity to do so.

Wonderful property, great staff, food and location.

This is a wonderful rustic hotel that is away from the noise of the city, while being just a short, inexpensive Uber ride away from the town center. Breakfast is included and the restaurant is very good if you feel like staying on site for dinner. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful old hacienda that has been modernized. Large comfortable rooms. Out of town, a short cab ride to tranquility. Nice full breakfast and dining area, and helpful staff. One of our best stops so far!
