Rooms described as clean and in some cases spacious, but several comments note small/squeezed rooms, weak air conditioning and lighting issues in some rooms.
Amenities

Lobby amenities (bath bombs, face masks, free water, dispenser) and complimentary toiletries praised, though the hotel lacks larger facilities like an on-site hot spring or gym.
Value for Money
9
Multiple guests called the hotel reasonable and good value given location, cleanliness and service; price cited as a positive.

Breakfast repeatedly described as varied and tasty (noted as very Japanese by some); one guest felt the presentation differed from promotional photos.

Pros:

Cons:

Well located, near everything ands highly recommended.
Pros:

It was very well located if your walking. There is shoppings, train, buses and more. That are very close to the hotel. There is many places to eat. Nearby there is a really delicious restaurant. I would definitely recommend to go, it is great for price. There is lots of space in the room and is very clean. It is also like a 5 minutes walk from the Nara park. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:
