A beautiful and relaxing place to stay, with great food, outstanding service, and fantastic view.
Pros:

The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The plunge pool was superb, offering stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The living area and balcony were spacious, making the stay even more enjoyable. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, with quick responses and prompt service whenever needed.

Cons:

The bedrooms were quite small, and the beds were not particularly comfortable. While the WhatsApp support was very responsive, it would have been helpful to have the room service and reception contact numbers displayed near the telephone in the room for added convenience.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea-view room right at the front, which made our stay even more special.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant team — Dilki, Yadith, Raktha, Deneth, and Ajith — who were absolutely superb. They were always attentive to our needs, went out of their way to make us comfortable, and provided excellent service with genuine warmth.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa and would be very happy to stay here again!

The location by the beach was exceptional. Loved the plunge pool

Cons:

I wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable. Also the plunge pool was not heated , they said it was broken.
