Magnifique appartement confortable avec un super vue.
Pros:

Magnifique appartement très confortable.
La piscine et la plage sont magnifique.
La vue au dernier étage est top.
L’équipe très sympathique.
Petit déjeuner excellent.
Hôtel à l’écart à quelques kilomètres de hikkaduwa.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est pas au niveau assez cher et très moyen voir mauvais, seul point négatif.

An awesome location (if you like the sea and sand) with very friendly staff and amazing food.
Pros:

What a lovely location!! right on the beach and a view to die for....... We spent many hours in the jacuzzi on the terrace of our apartment overlooking the sea. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was awesome with an amazing array of dishes. The hospitality team was amazing, with warm smiles and a very positive attitude. We're hoping to be back there soon!!!

Very luxurious hotel with a great restaurant and very helpful staff
Pros:

Very luxurious hotel, loved the suite, very comfortable and quiet with a nice balcony and plunge pool. The restaurant was excellent - really great breakfast as well - and on the rooftop with lovely views and an infinity pool. The staff were very helpful and I had a very relaxing massage. We also enjoyed the quiet location and enjoyed walks up the deserted beach. We had a couple of minor issues including with the WIFI, but the staff were super and sorted things out immediately, including bringing a a separate router!

Cons:

We were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend, however, we did find it amusing that although there is a fully fitted kitchen, there is actually no kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plans, knives, forks etc.). However, I imagine if you are staying here, that you would not really be thinking of cooking your own food in any case, particularly given the high quality of the restaurant!

Great hotel with rooftop infinity pool and beach
Pros:

Crystal Sands is a fantastic beachfront stay with stunning ocean views rooftop infinity pool and direct access to the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the food and cocktails were great, the staff are warm and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Ein toller Ort für Sonnenuntergänge bei fantastischem Essen am Strand oder auf eigener Terrasse!
Pros:

Wir haben nach einer Woche im Landesinneren ein bisschen Luxus gesucht und hier auch gefunden. Die Suiten sind geräumig , der Blick von der Terrasse mit eigenem kleinen Pool atemberaubend (gerade zum Sonnenuntergang).
Das Essen (besonders das Frühstück) ist fantastisch und auch das Gym, das mein Sohn und ich regelmäßig genutzt haben, war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das Meer ist hier nicht ohne, die Wellen hier erzeugen eine recht starke Unterströmung (weswegen es hier auch einen Life Guard gibt) aber für uns war es großer Spaß und das Personal kommt auch zu den Strandliegen und bietet Getränke und Snacks an. Wirklich purer Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Cons:

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass eigentlich kein Mitarbeiter, auch nicht an der Rezeption, ein gutes Englisch sprach. Man muss darauf achten, immer gegen zu checken, ob auch verstanden wurde, was man gesagt oder besprochen hat. Man erntet zwar immer ein sehr freundliches und offenes Lächeln aber ob man wirklich verstanden wurde, weiß man nie so genau.
Finde ich alles halb so wild, da wir aufrichtig freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend von allen behandelt wurden. ein etwas bessere Englisch wäre allerdings wirklich hilfreich.

Pros:

Beautiful modern rooms with an amazing ocean view, very clean and well maintained throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help with anything. The location is perfect – peaceful but still close to everything. The pool and common areas were spotless and really relaxing, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt high-end but still very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing at all – everything exceeded expectations.

Nice place, nothing extraordinary
Pros:

Stunning view. Very spacious apartment. Good breakfast. Kind staff especially in the restaurant. Nice gym

Cons:

The distance to Hikkaduwa is a bit long.
It’s a quite isolated place from anything else.
It could have been a bit more clean but when we mentioned it the staff took care of it and cleaned more.
The windows are not too sound proved therefore you can hear the sea during the whole night. Seems like you are a meter away from the water.
In general it’s a nice place but we would recommend to stay closer to Hikkaduwa centre.

Piękny apartament z cudownym widokiem na ocean. Przestronny, wygodny, czyściutki …no i mamy basen z jacuzzi na tarasie….bajecznie. Personel przemiły, wychodzący na przeciw oczekiwaniom gości. Czyściutko , estetycznie, wygodnie.
