Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea-view room right at the front, which made our stay even more special.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant team — Dilki, Yadith, Raktha, Deneth, and Ajith — who were absolutely superb. They were always attentive to our needs, went out of their way to make us comfortable, and provided excellent service with genuine warmth.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa and would be very happy to stay here again!

The location by the beach was exceptional. Loved the plunge pool

Cons:

I wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable. Also the plunge pool was not heated , they said it was broken.

Very comfortable and modern facilities. Staff are very efficient and accommodating. Dilki looked after us exceptionally well.

Cons:

Rooftop infinity pool is fantastic. However, there's no space to sunbathe beside the pool.

Super mooi uitzicht op de zee. Alles schoon en netjes. Goede service.

Cons:

De temperatuur van de mini pool kon niet worden aangepast. Daarom hebben wij hier niet veel gebruik van gemaakt
