Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, близко к центру Каша и не очень высоко в горах. Рядом детская площадка, магазин Мухтар, выезд к пляжу и марину. Апартаменты очень комфортные, останавливались второй год подряд, всё для проживания есть (посуда, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, фен, утюг, гладильная доска). Мы жили на первом этаже и завтракали, ужинали на террасе, встречая закат. Нам очень понравилось. Приедем еще.

Прекрасный вид, уютно, и парковка.
Pros:

Идеальный вид из окна!
Горка под углом 45гр совсем не испугала. И даже блондинка смогла припарковаться)) До центра пара минут. На соседней улице прекрасный овощной магазин, именно там надо покупать, а не в Мигросе.
Апартаменты просторные, на кухне плита, духовка, стиральная, посудомоечная машины. Кровать удобная. Все чисто, уютно.

Cons:

На кухне не хватает бумажных полотенец.
И очень мало света вечером. Очень хочется люстру 😄

Отличное жилье, все классном городке!
Pros:

Достаточно большое для семьи из 4х человек жилье, все чисто, с балкончика классный вид на море, вежливый персонал, отличное соотношение цена-качечтво. Жилье однозначно рекомендую.

Cons:

Сразу оговорюсь, это не замечания а больше предложения для хозяина жилья, что бы жилье стало близко к идеалу. 1. Есть кухня но очень мало кухонного инвентаря, например, нет ни одной сковороды...... 2. Мебель, в частности, подушки стульев тоже неплохо было бы заменить. 3. Крутая горка к отелю, нам с детьми 4 и 8 лет больших неудобств не доставило, но если с коляской, то будет не очень удобно.

It's really a great apartment. Big, clean, new, with a great view and everything you wish available. Be prepared for a steep walk for 5 minutes.

Pros:

Very spacious and well equipped apartment with terrace and sea view. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Really good location near to the centre of town and the harbour. Friendly and welcoming host. We would love to return one day.

Достаточно просторные апартаменты с полноценной кухней, стиральной и посудомоечной машинами. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Недалеко от старого города (пешком неспешно 10 минут). Приятный вид с террасы, возможность высушить вещи на террасе.

Cons:

Возвращаться из старого города пешком требует определенной физической подготовки - идти нужно по весьма крутому подъёму.

Das Apartment liegt zentral, allerdings befindet es sich auf einem Berg, sodass der Fußweg dorthin recht anstrengend sein kann. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es kleinere Mängel: Sofa und Bett waren nicht mehr im besten Zustand und in einem der Badezimmer war Schimmel an der Decke zu sehen. Zudem war die Ausstattung recht schlicht – Dinge wie Staubsauger, ausreichend Geschirr oder eine Pfanne haben gefehlt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war jederzeit erreichbar. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Apartment geeignet

Excellent sea view, convenient location, very helpful staff, the rooms had everything needed. Coming back to Happy Kaş Apart from the for four years now, great price / quality balance.

Cons:

Be prepared it's a steep up hill rise, but we treated it as sport, so more as a plus.

All good. But staff is extremely nice and helpful. When I got sick on Sunday, and all pharmacies nearby were closed, Alparslan was sooo kind and managed to get needed medicine from a pharmacy in the town nearby. THANK YOU!

Apartment itself is clean and nice. It's also very quiet.
