Pros:

Wonderful, kind staff greeted us for a late check in after long travel! Comfy beds, lovely breakfast, awesome location. Wish we had more than one night. Would def go back. Do not miss the Temple grounds down the street. Amazing and worth getting up early for peaceful experience. No better way to beat off jet lag!

Nice hotel in nice location. Some staff more friendly than others.
Pros:

Beautiful Japanese style room, high quality finish. Onsen lovely.

Cons:

Futon not very comfortable (I like futon beds. This one, however, was not soft enough for my taste)

Great location though the road was closed which made access difficult with baggage on arrival and departure. Bathroom was not 100% clean, staff did remedy that immediately on complaint. Overall a very nice hotel but it was the most expensive we stayed during this trip and sadly I was disappointed in the value. The staff were absolutely wonderful

Cons:

The yukata's were in a drawer which I did not discover until we were leaving. No Body lotion provided in the bathroom and the bathroom was not properly clean. Unable to regulate room temp despite trying, it was very warm and could not open the windows.

El hotel en si es una experiencia de viaje. El ambiente japonés es una belleza. El cuarto muy amplio, con amenities exelentes. Tienes un kimono ligero, que puedes usar dentro y fuera del hotel, con sus zapatos de madera. Por tiempos, no hicimos cena ni desayuno, el restaurante es muy bonito. Tiene un onsen maravilloso, nos encantó. Con gusto regreso

Wonderful place to stay in Narita. We would definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Super location. Room was large and comfortable.
All the drinks in the room fridge were complimentary, this was including the beer, sake and water. Very very nice touch.

Cons:

Can't come up with anything we didn't like!
