Quiet and eager to help
Pros:

It was super close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was dark and quiet at night. They had screens on the windows, which was a treat!

Cons:

The rooms smell like dank cave and need to be aired out more often. They don't automatically offer receipts for excursions and bookings, which can be tricky and relies a lot on trust. The blankets on the beds were too small.

Location, comfort, quiet, quality
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, Very well located, close to any attractions to visit, but sufficiently away from the noise. Mr. Mustafa was very prompt in addressing our request and completed the list of places to visit considering high temperatures. The design of the hotel is detailed and the garden and breakfast perfectly complemented the high standard. The hot air balloon ride and everything mentioned made the stay exceptional.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Sarnich Caves during our 5 day stay as a family.
Pros:

The hotel was situated very close to the main town centre of Gerome with several restaurants close by.
Also as we had rented a car, it was very close to the main road which made our drive to all the route, Red, green and Blue route accessible.
The home made breakfast was exceptional and the view from the outdoor eating area was absolutely beautiful and stunning.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower was not very practical as there was no hand shower, which made having the showers a bit tricky with the hair becoming wet.

Pros:

the atmosphere and the breakfast is great. we came across the snowy weather and it was very quiet. the room is very big. the suite room is not a original cave house – but the jacuzzi room is. And it is so generous to have such a warm and even hot room in the winter

Cons:

the mattress doesn't match the money we pay (120 pounds) its support function is not very good

Bed bugs in the matters 😭
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in November. The staff were very kind and helpful. They communicated well and were always ready to assist. It was especially nice that they brought us firewood and lit the fireplace — it made the place feel very cozy.

But there was one big problem. I don’t know about other rooms, but ours had bed bugs in the mattress. We came home covered in bites, and the doctor confirmed they were real bug bites, not an allergy — for me and my six-year-old child. This was very upsetting and affected our whole stay.

Breakfast could also be more varied.

A wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

A clean, comfortable place, loved the cave room, staff were very helpful especially Yusuf. Breakfast was delicious, all the staff were very courteous. We were very happy with our 3 night stay there and would definitely recommend choosing Sarnich Cave Suites.

Yusuf is incredibly helpful! I went here last minute, no tours booked. He helped me with everything!! The breakfast was incredible. The chef even made me French toast. The location was perfect! Close to Goreme center. Rooms are big.

Cons:

It’s a cave. If you’re sensitive. Most hotels here are small hotels In Cave’s.

I booked this trıp for my parents and they love it. How staff (Yusuf) treated them- speacıal thanks to hım 😊, with especially chocolate pancake during breakfast. They couldnt be happıer about hotel so thank you so much everyone. We just found our next spot in Kapadokya

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, the surroundings were quiet, and the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay.
The clotted cream and honeycomb served at breakfast during my stay were delicious and I was really impressed. This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again if I visit Goreme again.

Pros:

Excellent séjour, hotel charmant très bien entretenu et bien équipé, personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt pour le checkin le premier jour et nous avons eu droit au (très bon) petit déjeuner sans supplément.
Je recommande à 100%
