Everything went by codes instead of keys

Brilliant concept of having codes to access the building and your room. Process was so seamless and rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. We also loved the honesty bar and thought the breakfast on offer was fabulous.
Noisy air con in the rooms.
The breakfast was amazing! And the staff super friendly. Also can’t beat the location - steps from Prada, Gucci and the museums!
AC turns off when you leave the room - although that’s better for the planet!
Great location, walking distance from the key sites and a short walk from the airport tram stop. Hassle free key/entry system. Beautifully decorated throughout with a stunning lounge/bar area (although we didn't use). Our 'Classic' room was super clean and very spacious - the bathroom in particular was luxurious. Complimentary water is always a nice touch.
No coffee in the room. Room overlooked the inner yard of the hotel so no view - but sounds like none of the rooms have one. It also meant the room was quite dark. Air con not great. There was a constant noise of running water early in the morning (like plumbing pipes in the wall) which was slightly annoying.
The hotel is in the heart of the city but in a quiet side street. It has a very low key chilled atmosphere. It was perfect for us but maybe not if you want a buzzier hotel lobby atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. So much choice and all so fresh. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the room with an internal courtyard - very generous bedroom space. We are still talking about the breakfast!
There appear to be no staff in the hotel overnight which was a little surprising to begin with but there are three doors with security codes so it's all secure enough.
Excellent location: super central, yet super quiet. Elegant, stylish interior with attention to details. Hospitality of the team makes you feel at home. The breakfast was also very nice for a boutique hotel, everything is fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Cristiano for his warmth and readiness to help in any situations. Definitely excellent value for money. I dream of returning.

Stunning property right in the centre of Florence. Room was huge with tall ceilings and nice furnishings. We loved our stay here and would come back. The staff also provided us with fantastic local recommendations which we loved
Location was perfect. This is a lovely boutique hotel with pleasant staff and stylish decor.
The air-conditioning could have worked better. Our room was in the far back of the hotel. Would have been nicer if it were closer to the main areas.
