It was an OK stay with staff but the room needs to be upgraded
Pros:

We liked the the cleanest of the room and the amenities.

Cons:

The bed was the worst of all as it was too soft and every night we ended up in the middle of the bed and also there was only one blanket. The tv how it is mounted on the wall and the bed when you sit on it, one side you could only see 1/2 screen.

It was okay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and shared amenities were clean and sufficient.

Cons:

My room was windowless and the bed was made with sheets only - I asked for a blanket as I find it hard to sleep with just a sheet. They only had doonas and it was high-summer so I didn't accept that. Ended up having to use towels as a covering. Tip: invest in a few light summer blankets - not everyone will want one, those who ask for them will be happy.

The smell of mould was sickening it was all over the ceiling. The smoke alarm was not there. The bathroom smelt like raw sewerage. The toilet doors were broken.

Pros:

the hotel was very clean overall, the receptionist was very kind, and the room was spacious.
The rooms are like the photos.

Cons:

The place is like a maze and there are no signs indicating anything, so it was difficult to find the reception, which is basically hidden. There were no blankets or extra pillows available, the mattress was uncomfortable, and there was no shampoo or toiletries provided in the shower. You can hear everything from outside, and the wooden floors are very noisy, making it easy to hear people walking inside the room.
