The Reserve at Hot Springs

Came just for a couples getaway and couldn't have had a better experience. It's hard to determine what was more amazing: the aesthetic and charm of the property or the awesome and incredibly friendly and hospitable staff! And breakfast was 5 stars every morning!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Immaculately beautiful grounds and a restored historical home with charm and elegance. The staff welcomed us upon arrival with cheer and a smile. Halloween dinner event was the night of arrival and the chefs’ three course meal was delicious and creative. We enjoyed hiking outdoors at the numerous parks around Hot Springs and the pre-arranged opportunities at Hot Springs Health and Fitness in town that the family host team had set up for us. The breakfasts are savory and well-presented as prepared by their two chefs. You can’t miss by staying at this property as Mark, Rhonda, Katelyn and their team are top-shelf and personable.

What an experience, we stayed in the legacy house and the amenities are nothing short of incredible, the staff is fantastic, the food is amazing. Everything about your stay at the reserve is an experience, very well curated grounds and meticulously curated design in every room. The attention to detail is unmatched.

The staff all makes you feel important and cared for, Mike and Rhonda truly care about the facility and guests and are great hosts and guides. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it will be a staple of our travels moving forward.

Charming, Inviting, Romantic! A sanctuary amidst the frenetic pace of life. This was our second time to stay at The Reserve and both experiences were excellent. Our stay at the reserve was nothing short of luxurious. Not only was the room historical and beautifully decorated, but our breakfast greatly exceeded expectations. Close to the Hot Springs convention center. The location of this bed-and-breakfast was convenient and central to the city.

My friend and I recently stayed at The Reserve of Hot Springs and had wonderful experience.
The owners and staff were all awesome and made us feel at welcome.
Our room was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished.
We especially enjoyed the gourmet breakfasts served daily. The food was absolutely delicious.
The location was convenient, making it easy for sightseeing, shopping and eating out.
I would recommend it to anyone visiting. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with gorgeous southern charm. Always clean, smells amazing, and one of the few places left who give true hospitality. This place is perfect for a work retreat, wedding, romantic getaway or anniversary celebration. It’s most definitely Hot Springs best destination!

My friend and I had a great time even though it was kind of pricey. We enjoyed looking at all the different rooms they had worked on. The hostesses were super. The chef and his staff were nice as well as prepared very tasty food. The only thing I would suggest is maybe preparing a pamphlet explaining in more detail the history of the old house. We had a great time. If I have an opportunity to go again I would certainly go.

The Reserve is such a special place! The property, the rooms, BREAKFAST… all exceeded expectations. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I’ll be back when I can ‘play’ rather than work!

I had the privilege of staying at the Reserve over the past few days!! My stay was gifted to me by a friend, so I went in completely blind to the experience they offer and I must say this was one of the most accommodating, personable, and charming stays I have ever had!! I travel quite often for work and have stayed at a mixture of airbnb's, high end hotels, and everything in between. The Reserve has got to be one of my top favorite places I have stayed at! The breakfast they offer is spectacular and very delicious (I had the steak and eggs with their crispy breakfast potatoes the first morning, and the eggs benedict the second morning!) Their rooms were tidy, cozy and elevated. Their property is gorgeous and so peaceful. And lastly, the staff is nothing but genuinely so insanely kind and attentive and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!!

Absolutely a place not to be missed ! The hospitality was amazing and the house is perfectly lovely. The accommodations also. The breakfast was 5 star. This is definitely a hidden jewel! We’ve driven by for years when we visited Hot Springs and never noticed this beautiful home. Even though it’s close to Oaklawn and right off the main road we never noticed. It’s very quiet in and around the property. There was great attention to detail, the entire place was extremely clean and so welcoming. Even though it’s an older home the attention to detail and cleanliness didn’t have you feeling like you were staying in something old. The antiques throughout the home were tastefully done and beautiful. The decor was well thought out with just enough modern touches without losing the original feel of the home. The grounds are very well manicured and wonderful for a nightly stroll. Can’t say enough good things about Katelyn. She has a heart for hospitality and very easy to work alongside. She helped my husband plan the perfect, relaxing get away that we both needed. The atmosphere was quite relaxing without feeling stuffy. It was wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

From the beautifully designed rooms and charming buildings to the peaceful, well-maintained grounds, everything was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully curated.

The breakfast was outstanding, a real highlight of our stay. After a delicious dinner in downtown Hot Springs, we ended the evening perfectly with a bottle of wine by the cozy outdoor firepit. It was relaxing, memorable, and exactly what we were hoping for.

The family that owns the house go above and beyond for their guests. The food was exceptional and the house is beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first quality stay in the Hot Springs area.
