First time stay at hotel and was not disappointed. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and clean with hugh comfortable bed. Staff very friendly attentive and considerate. I was so touched when they surprised me with birthday cake in my room. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and delicious. Great location with shops and cafes along the road and Tunjungan Plaza only 15mins walk. Will definately stay here again after great memories and hospitable staff.

Poisizione centrale, staff molto gentile e ottima colazione.
Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate, né verso l'esterno né tra di loro. Di notte, anche se eravamo al dodicesimo piano, si sentiva ogni rumore dalla strada, più il megafono per le preghiere che parte alle 4 del mattino in ogni quartiere. Per chi ha il sonno leggero, dormire lì è un incubo.
The hotel located in the downtown. Access to the Tunjungan Mall is reachable by walk. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The room is comfortable and the staffs are helpful and very friendly. The service is excellent!!!
早餐很豐盛
Nous avons adoré la vue sur la ville depuis notre chambre au 15eme étage, la situation géographique dans un des meilleurs quartiers de la ville proche d’un immense shopping center le Tunjungan Plaza.
Le petit déjeuner (très varié et très bon) au 17eme étage avec vue sur la ville. Le sunset le soir en face de la piscine.
La qualité de la literie vraiment exceptionnelle.
Le personnel au petit soin et très réactif.
Le manque d’insonorisation des grandes baies vitrées de notre chambre…surtout la nuit. Les bouchons d’oreille sont recommandés.
Sinon tout était parfait.

Great breakfast spread in a restaurant space with a beautiful view. The room was clean and with a good size.
The room insulation is not so great, we could hear the noise from the street all night. The room felt a bit bare, I think a few more decorations or furniture (such as a bench to put on shoes) can make the room feel more cosy .
