Pros:

ontbijt heel prima, locatie super leuke plek in Jakarta. vond Jakarta eerder geen leuke stad door de chaos en de drukte. maar deze plek heeft een hele fijne sfeer, relaxed en vriendelijk. makkelijk overal te komen met taxi/auto. en treinstation zit om de hoek. als je uit het raam kijkt zie je de wolkenkrabbers van de stad.

Cons:

we boekten een non-smoking room maar de hele verdieping rook naar rook. ook de kamer zelf. helaas ook gaten in de boxspring van uitgedrukte sigaretten. en ook vieze vlekken in stof van de boxpring, geeft toch niet een relaxed gevoel. de receptie zei dat het non smoking was en daarmee werd het afgedaan.

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Het hotel is op alle gebieden een topper, van personeel (zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam), kamer (afmeting, fantastisch bed en sanitair) tot aan voorzieningen (fitness, zwembad). Het ontbijt is waanzinnig uitgebreid en biedt bijna teveel keuze, overheerlijke gerechten.

Cons:

Als er al iets te klagen valt, zijn het wat kleine dingen; kregen niet alle lichten uit en dus op kleine hoekjes bleef er licht vanachter gordijnen komen en lichte stank (gang/kamer) wat leek op een niet goed werkende afsluiter.

Pros:

The location is very good, near Tunjungan Plaza the biggest mall in Surabaya. Room is very convenient and clean. The restaurant is amazing, with many kinds of food you can enjoy. Appreciate to Ms Manda for her good service in restaurant.

Great experience on my short trip to Surabaya
Pros:

Really nice, comfortable and strategic place to stay. I got a high floor with amazing scenery during morning and night time. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.
Good assistance from the front desk when doing the checked in, and very fast on checking out.
Varies of meals provided, with a lot more local foods available. Its a remembrance of my childhood.
Will definitely come back for my next holiday trip!!
