L'emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

L'enregistrement est très compliqué, pas d'accueil, le language, heureusement que nous avons pu être aidé par d'autre occupants français et avons constaté le départ de plusieurs personnes qui malgré leurs réservations n'ont pas réussi à obtenir leurs chambres

Non hanno mai e dico mai risposto al telefono e non hanno mai aiutato nessuno né per fare registrazione all'arrivo né quando dal secondo giorno non funzionava la porta di accesso al cortile della struttura abbiamo dovuto scavalcare il cancello e aprire dall'interno per tutti eravamo tutti fuori e nessuno della struttura ha mai risposto anche solo per SMS...una vergogna imbarazzanti da denuncia...non è possibile fare cose del genere...dovete fare qualcosa anche voi di Booking ne va anche della vostra immagine.

The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient for getting around.

Cons:

The management is incredibly insensitive and petty. I have a medical condition (fibroids) that causes heavy periods. After my stay, they charged me a €15 "damage fee" for a few small spots on the bedsheets.
​Instead of just laundering the linens (which is what you pay for in a hotel), they sent me a creepy "entry log" of every time I entered my room to prove I was there and claimed I "damaged" a countertop (which was not true). It felt like an invasive and discriminatory way to handle a natural health issue.

El aislamiento es fatal, se escucha muchísimo ruido de la calle. La cama suena y rechina cada q te mueves y entra muchísima luz del pasillo por la puerta

La habitación olía a humedad, el baño pequeño y sin ventilación. Sólo había dos perchas y ningún lugar para colocar la ropa, neceser, etc.
Por la puerta de la habitación entra mucha luz y se escucha todo. La primera noche tuvimos problemas con huéspedes que no encontraban su habitación y tocaron todas las puertas.
