El alojamiento bien con algunas incidencias debidas al check in online y acceso sin llaves

La libertad para poder llegar a cualquier hora y hacer el checkin directamente

El check in online a veces genera complicaciones. Hubo varios huéspedes que no eran capaces de acceder al recinto y tampoco a sus habitaciones, intentamos ayudarles nosotros ya que desde atención al cliente no conseguían entenderse. De madrugada, una chica no pudo acceder a su habitación y a las 04:00 de la mañana estuvo aporreando la puerta de su habitación y gritando en el pasillo. A esas horas la mayoría de huéspedes estaban descansando y yo personalmente tenía que madrugar para un examen…

Очень удобное расположение для прогулок по городу. Уютная улица. Номер минимальный но это именно то что я искал, номер для того чтобы принять душ и поспать. Все время я гулял по прекрасному городу

La cama sonaba muchísimo nada más moverte un poco , la mampara del cuarto de baño estaba rota que le faltaba una puerta y se salía todo el
Agua fuera al ducharte , la puerta de la habitación esta descuadrada y no cerraba bien la puerta .

Una noche horrible, iba a estar 5 noches y solo me quede 1. Lo peor

Nada, de nada. La experiencia fue tan horrible que a las 2 horas de llegar ya habia reservado en otro hotel. Todo mal. La persiana rota, la puerta holgada y entrando luz a todas horas, es como dormir en una comuna, se escuchaba absolutamente todo, fue de las peores noches de mi vida, imposible dormir. El baño tan pequeño que ni tan siquiera intente ducharme antes de irme, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Puntuacion de 0

Las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias, y la ubicación y el precio estaba bastante bien

El auto check in, es muy complicado, y sobre todo para las personas mayores, además tuvimos que pagar 5 euros más por un código que nunca llegó para el check in. Llego solo cuando pagamos los 5 euros.
