El hotel es de buena qualidad
1) El aire acondicionado no funcionó en nuestra habitación y tuvimos que cambiarnos durante la estancia.
2) Un día que necesitábamos levantarnos temprano pedimos el desayuno con anticipación para tenerlo listo a la hora acordada, pero recién empezaron a cocinar en ese momento.
3) El hotel está ubicado a 10–15 minutos a pie del centro. Al ser un pueblito, esta distancia se siente un poco retirada.

That the elevator was broken twice and we have to walk all around the parking lot to the front, besides we were tired by night.

This a new and 5 star quality boutique hotel that can easily be compared to St Regis or Ritz Carlton! We stayed here for 5days and had a wonderful time as a family! During our stay here in July 2025, we felt we were the only guests in this hotel which felt strange. We also ate at their restaurant where we saw very few guests but were not staying in the hotel. All the staff from rest, bar, front desk and housekeepers were professional, courteous, and kind.
The only drawbacks to this hotel was location. It was a distance away from the plaza and Centro. Uber doesn't work in Chiapas so hailing a taxi takes time from the hotel. The solution, befriend a local taxi driver and text them when you want them to pick you up.
A few suggestions to even elevate this hotel: 1) have a heated pool (no other luxury hotel in San Cris has a pool). There is a garden courtyard where a pool can fit on one side of the walkway. 2) have hair dryers in the bathrooms. Strange that a lux hotel didn't have one (or is it only upon request?).

El hotel es super bonito, los empleados amables, están pendientes, todo muy limpio nos fuimos muy temprano y nos ayudaron a encontrar taxi, lo recomiendo, solo estoy esperando que me liberen los 1500 del deposito.
