Pros:

Maalesef beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Odaların dizaynı kötü, yataklar rahatsız (evimdeki yıllardır kullandığım çok da rahat olmayan yatağım bunun yanında yumuşacık kalıyor) ve ısınma problemi var. Klimalar bakımı yapılmadığı için düzgün çalışmıyor. Klima filtreleri korkunç durumda. Buradaki tavsiyelere güvenip yer ayırtmıştım ancak güvenmemek gerektiğini fark ettim. Bir daha kesinlikle uğramayacağım bir yer. F/P açısından daha kötü olamazdı.

Yine de yazmadan edemeyeceğim, çalışanlara ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.

Nisan ayında bozuk kaloriferler, yetmeyen klima
Pros:

Nisan ayı, Ramazan bayramı dolayısıyla 1 gece konakladık. Akşam saatlerinde odaya vardığımızda kaloriferler arızalı idi, çalışmıyordu ve oda buz gibiydi. Klima ile ısınabileceğimiz söylendi ancak klima yetersizdi ve termal konforumuzu asla bulamadık. Bu yetmiyormuş gibi herkes klimalara yüklendiği için elektrik tesisatı kaldırmadı ve gece boyunca en az 10 kere sigorta attı. Otel sahibi otelde değildi, yerine genç birini gece nöbeti için bırakmıştı. Uçhisar gibi turistik bir yerde, bayram öncesi bu tip bakımlar (kalorifer, eletrik tesisatı vs) nasıl yapılmaz? Müşteriler neden mağdur edilir? Odada jakuzi vardı evet ama soğuk ve elektriksizlik yüzünden kullanmayı düşünemedik bile. Sabah kahvaltısı 9'da başlıyordu. Bu bizim için geç bir saati, 8:40'ta sadece ekmek geldi ve kahvaltı hazırlığına dair en ufak bir hareket yoktu. Oteli kahvaltı edemeden terk etmek zorunda kaldık. Bir daha uğramayı düşünmüyorum, tavsiye de etmem.

Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute and got phenomenal rooms. Walking distance to the castle and tons of restaurants for lunch and dinner options. We had to check out before breakfast as we used it as a rest stop but it looked great. 15 minute drive to the national park and about 12 to the open air museum. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and I look forward to staying there again.
