From Luzern Train Station:
- take bus 6 or 8 direction Verkehrshaus
- get off at the Dietschiberg stop
- proceed on foot for 262 feet and you will find Villa Maria on your right-hand side

Please note that if you want to rent bicycles it is advisable to make a reservation prior to arrival. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, con bellissima passeggiata lungolago si arriva comodamente in centro a piedi.
Camera molto spaziosa e free minibar.

Cons:

Assenza di parcheggio, ma abbiamo utilizzato un parcheggio multipiano nelle vicinanze con un multi-day ticket.

Camera quadrupla spaziosa, anche se con solo un bagno. Molto apprezzato il mini-bar compreso. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parcheggio a disco orario. Per raggiungere il centro di Lucerna si cammina 20 min sul lungolago, a seconda dei punti di vista può essere un vantaggio o svantaggio, a noi è piaciuto

Cons:

Check-in gestito interamente online, con codici d'accesso etc. Non c'è ascensore. Di notte abbiamo avuto un po' caldo (metà aprile), non so d'estate. Un po' lontano dal centro.

Early check-in accommodated. Great location and nice view with bus stop close. Mini bar included. Tourist Information booklets ready.

Cons:

Shower gel and hand wash are all empty. Mattress and pillow too soft. Check-in process is a bit frustrating due to system lag. No lift. Difficult for heavy luggages. Not good value for CHF300 PN

Très bien, les petits déjeuners à l’Hotel Beau Sejour sont excellents.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, belle vue sur le lac depuis la chambre, accueil du personnel hôtelier.

Cons:

Équipements sommaires. L’absence de miroir dans la chambre et de télévision et la petite salle de bain, ne nous ont pas fondamentalement dérangés mais étaient des « détails » inattendus, vu le prix

Location good. Parking across the street.

Cons:

It smelled through the whole building and in my room. I had to sit by the window to escape the smell. It was also so hot inside that I had to have the window open BUT the street was so loud it made It impossible to stay comfortable. And they only gave you a duvet so it was either hot as hell under the duvet or just hot out of it. I barely was able to sleep and slept horribly. Also the art through out the building is really creepy lol.

Location perfetta, ad 1,5 km dal centro da fare in bicicletta o passeggiata a piedi. Camere con vista spettacolare sul lago e montagne.

À côté du musée des transports, vue sur le lac depuis quelques fenêtres. Confort et propreté

Chambres grandes et confortables. Une cuisine et des tables en sous-sol qui ne sont pas signalées sur booking. Café, chips et quelques boissons offerts ce qui est sympathique

Un joli balcon avec vue sur le lac... inaccessible : porte-fenêtre fermée à clef :-(

Ideale si la chambre est orientée lac car il serait possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans le bruit du trafic

L’orientation ver la route avec beaucoup de bruit des voitures toute la nuit. Pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit et pas de ventilation fenêtre fermée. Mauvaise isolation entre chambres. Pour une chambre de couple une seule chaise. Les tableaux représentant images sans figure partout rappellent une désintégration de la personnalité et sont très désagréables dans toute la maison (un simple paysage aurait été bienvenu) L’évacuation d’air des toilettes très bruyante, reste un bon moment après avoir étant la lumière. L’annonce devrait spécifier que l’orientation coté lac est niveau suite.

Die Strasse ist recht laut, wer damit mühe hat, muss ein Zimmer auf die See-Seite buchen, leider ist beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich welche Sicht das Zimmer hat.
