- take bus 6 or 8 direction Verkehrshaus
- get off at the Dietschiberg stop
- proceed on foot for 262 feet and you will find Villa Maria on your right-hand side

Das Apartment ist wirklich fantastisch. Man geht nur um die Ecke und kann direkt im See baden. Auch das Zimmer hat mich sehr begeistert: Hier verbindet sich Ästhetik auf wunderbare Weise mit Funktionalität. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich den bereitgestellten Adapter, sodass elektronische Geräte aus der EU problemlos ohne eigenen Adapter verwendet werden können.

Der gesamte Check-in-Prozess verlief absolut unkompliziert und problemlos. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Wonderful location! Could walk to town or catch bus steps away from front door. Large rooms, comfortable beds and mini refrigerator that was stocked daily!

Cons:

We had a suite, or double rooms, and one of them did not have ac or a fan. I had purposely booked this place because of the ac, since it was July and it was hot. That was very disappointing. After several long phone calls, a fan was promised and delivered the following day.

The location and vicinity to the lake was great. The access to public transportation as well. The bus stop was located 2 minutes from the house. The place was spacious and quiet. One of the rooms had an air conditioning unit, which was very needed given the heat wave in July.

Cons:

It was not very clearly communicated that this hotel does not have its own registration/ front desk. While the check in worked out fine after calling the hotel service via phone (staff was extremely helpful), it was definitely something to get used to. For the lack of an actual hotel service, the price was really high. The cleaning staff did not speak English or Germany, we were able to communicate in some sort of a sign language however and made it work.... Overall, it was definitely an ok stay, but I would say rather expensive for the service provided. But maybe thats what Switzerland is known for, unfortunately.

Overall a good stay: The location was convenient and having on-site parking was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the accommodation was excellent; they were always easy to reach by phone whenever we had a question.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had a strong chemical smell, likely from recent painting. It was off‑putting and made the space less comfortable.

Es liegen außerhalb des Zentrums von Luzern und gut err, Badezimmer neu und mit allem Komfort.

Cons:

Parkplätze an der Unterkunft nicht vorhanden. An der Straße parken nicht möglich. Öffentliche Parkplätze Mangelware. Mobile Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, ein Ventilator aus dem Baumarkt hätte mehr gebracht. Fenster öffnen nicht möglich durch zu stark befahrener Hauptstraße

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber.

Das Check-in Prozedere ist kompliziert. Das komplette Fehlen von Personal wirkt geisterhaft. Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis stimmt nicht. Die Klima-Anlage ist extrem laut.
