Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient to the golf courses and the restaurants.

Cons:

The towels are so worn out and thin. They definitely need to replace them.

Great Stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were given two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is very dog friendly. They also have a orange crush happy hour at the bar on Fridays for guests which is a nice touch. Waterfront rooms are lovely. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I had an issue with our room, Paul was very helpful in resolving and making sure that I was a happy guest. I really appreciated that and will recommend the hotel to others.

Nice Waterview Hyatt Place
Pros:

This is a nicer Hyatt Place right on the water, so it does have that advantage! The reception area is small but then opens on to a big bar area, with water views. The rooms were a good size, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. It was a better than usual breakfast and in nice weather, you can sit outside an eat (which we did!).My only complaint is that what ever cleaning products were used, they smelled really toxic - the smell was in the lobby and in the bedroom. I did not like it at all!

Great stay, beautiful location.
Pros:

Our room was spacious, had a balcony on the water, a small dining table and kitchenette. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had both hot and cold items, in a large area with water views, or you could sit outside along the water. The location is perfect! It is along the waterway where you can see many boats coming and going, but it is still quiet. There are a numbers of restraunts within walking distance. It is a short drive to Annapolis.

Wonderful location on the Chesapeake. Friendly staff. Very nice room. Great breakfast bar. Delicious meal next door @Fisherman’s Inn.

Immaculate rooms, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service!

Paul and Cheyenne at the front desk were absolutely fantastic and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere right from the initial greeting. They were incredibly accommodating in getting our room available for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the housekeeping team—the room was immaculately clean. Walking into such a pristine accommodation instantly allowed us to feel completely relaxed; a spotless room truly makes all the difference! Throughout our time there, any request was met with a very rapid response time. Paul really went out of his way to make sure our visit was memorable, and my wife Debora was incredibly happy with the entire experience. We can't wait to come back and stay with you again this winter!

Beautiful hotel near it all!
Pros:

We visited Hyatt Place Kent Narrows this June for a wedding and it was amazing! The location was great, super close to delicious restaurants and the staff made our stay super memorable. A standout individual is Melissa who works in the bar. She welcomed a rowdy crew leaving the wedding welcome party with open arms, squeezed the best grapefruit juices and made the best drinks. She was a whole vibe, so friendly and kind. Our room was clean, the venue is beautiful on the water and it was a wonderful spot to reconnect with our family.
